They're incredibly friendly, the food is great, I've been going with groups for years, and no one's ever complained.
I highly recommend it.

Hey, I really can't believe they put two very thin slices of meat and a few potatoes on the menu as the main course. Terrible dining experience.
However, the waiters were very enthusiastic and served quickly.

Even though we ate there on a school trip, they welcomed us warmly.
The homemade dishes were appreciated, and the service was excellent, always attentive to the needs of the customers.

The food wasn't great, but it's worth keeping in mind that I ate at this restaurant during a school trip, so I was on a tight budget. The staff was very kind and helpful; they kept replacing water jugs even though there were probably 16 of us at the table, and they tried to accommodate our preferences (as well as allergies and intolerances) as best they could.
The atmosphere (as soon as we entered) was very pleasant and calm. Once we got to our table, it got quite loud (no doubt due to the fact that there were about 80 students), but not so much that we couldn't chat with our classmates.

If there were more than five stars to give, this place would deserve them without hesitation. A simply exceptional culinary experience from start to finish. The risotto alla Milanese was perfect: perfectly creamy, with an intense aroma of saffron and a truly impeccable balance of flavors. Every bite was a tribute to Lombard tradition. The cutlet was extraordinary: golden brown, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The quality of the meat was immediately apparent, and the breading was executed to perfection. The tagliatelle with ragù was simply divine. Fresh pasta, cooked to perfection, and a rich, flavorful, and well-balanced ragù that enhanced every bite. And to finish, the packaged ice cream was a pleasant surprise: excellent quality, tasty, and perfect for ending the meal on a sweet and light note. Attentive and friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere, and attention to detail: everything contributed to making this an unforgettable experience. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone.

I hadn't eaten pizza here in over twenty years, and tonight I wanted to try again, since I was a regular customer back then.
I ordered the same pizza, the Regina, with ham, cream, mozzarella, and mushrooms.
A disappointment.
Light, but the dough was dry, the crust rock-hard.
The mushrooms, in oil😕.
The cream was lacking.
I also didn't like the bill at all.
A 66 cc Moretti beer for eight euros, no problem, as was the three-euro cover charge.
The owners are friendly and kind, but that's not enough to make me want to come back.
A shame.

Update, November 30, 2025:
We returned after a few months due to a small child and limited time.
Everyone is always top notch. Mina is top notch, as are her colleagues and Mattia, the owner. The gnocchi are a must-try. Homemade. They're delicious. The pizzas are also very healthy and delicious. Prices are below average. Highly recommended.
We had a wonderful time at this historic restaurant in Milan. I've been coming here my whole life but had never stopped for a meal. Mattia, Mina, and the entire staff welcome and treat their guests well. The pizzas are good and easy to digest. The salmon tagliatelle are excellent, as is the seafood salad. The elephant ear, a classic giant veal cutlet, is a must-try. The atmosphere is clean and bright. The prices are fair, especially with a fork. We'll definitely be back.
