We absolutely cannot understand the negative review regarding the service. The waiter was very courteous and always immediately available when we needed something.

Good service, helpful and pleasant waiters. Family dinner and the Caesar salad was delicious. Four-cheese pizza, Milanese-style veal cutlet, beef carpaccio—everyone enjoyed their meal.

We went to Charleston two days in a row, but my family and I have actually been coming here many times over the years. We always enjoy it — the food is very good and the service is impeccable. A special mention goes to Constantin, the Romanian waiter, who always makes us feel at home in this restaurant. His kindness and professionalism really add to the experience. This time, we tried several starters, including anchovies, caprese, melanzane alla parmigiana, and a few others. For the main course, my favorite was the fish fillet with potatoes, tomatoes, and olives — absolutely delicious. We also tried the risotto alla Milanese, which was good, and the seafood risotto, which was also very tasty. The tiramisu was good, although I personally would have liked a bit more ladyfinger, as it was more cream-heavy. I also recommend the house wine by the carafe — very good and a nice choice. We will gladly come back!

Dear Armenians, if you want a delicious place in Milan, definitely come to Charleston. The service is ideal. Be sure to try the profiteroles with chocolate mousse. 🤤

Everything is great. Prices are reasonable. Service is excellent.

The place looks luxurious. The maitre d'hotel, realizing I was alone and a little tired from the sultry summer of 2026, naturally seated me outside, closer to the aisle. Of course, he was right, he'd never seen me before. The start was superb – water, ice, lemon. Bread, olive oil, spices. The Caprese was gorgeous, delicious. And then it was as if someone switched gears; The spaghetti with vongole was terribly oversalted. Everything else was wonderful, perfectly al dente. But it was impossible to eat. It was so hot and thirsty. Before I even tried it, I asked the waiter for a glass of white wine. Perhaps a Pinot Grigio, he said? No, I said, something to go with the dish you recommend. And... he brought the Pinot Grigio. Pinot Grigio is like flowers, and here it's seafood. It just doesn't go together. I was so dissonant that I overcame my laziness and wrote this review. I hope it was a coincidence, and the restaurant is good.

Delicious pizza 🍕 I recommend it

The Veal ossobuco with Milanese risotto was fabulous, others in our party had Saltimbocca - veal slices with raw ham and sage - with sautéed potatoes, which they really enjoyed. The service is really friendly and helpful.smd the atmosphere is nice & relaxed. Wine is good value although limited choice (still enjoyable though) and desserts are plenty 👍A lovely experience, many thanks 😊
