23/01/2026: The restaurant looked unassuming from the outside and inside. However, upon entering, we were pleasantly surprised. A homely, family atmosphere was palpable. A smiling waiter invited us to a table and patiently waited while we placed our final order – it was difficult to decide, as the menu had so many dishes. Ultimately, we opted for the classic carbonara and gnocchi with vegetables. These were the best dishes we had at any restaurant on Lake Como during our week-long trip. The limoncello at the bar was also decent. The only thing that tempted us to visit this place was its opening hours, which didn't change during siesta – all the recommended restaurants were closed. Luckily, we found it and didn't rely on the reviews, which are definitely unfounded… If you're looking for a secluded place with delicious food (especially), we wholeheartedly recommend it!

10/01/2026: We had coffee after walking up to the Volta Lighthouse via the funicular. A nice hot chocolate or a beer for some, and then we were ready to walk back down and take the funicular again. The view of Lake Como from the restaurant or the terrace is splendid. The service was friendly.

18/03/2026: The food wasn't great, but it's worth keeping in mind that I ate at this restaurant during a school trip, so I was on a tight budget. The staff was very kind and helpful; they kept replacing water jugs even though there were probably 16 of us at the table, and they tried to accommodate our preferences (as well as allergies and intolerances) as best they could. The atmosphere (as soon as we entered) was very pleasant and calm. Once we got to our table, it got quite loud (no doubt due to the fact that there were about 80 students), but not so much that we couldn't chat with our classmates.

18/03/2026: Even though we ate there on a school trip, they welcomed us warmly. The homemade dishes were appreciated, and the service was excellent, always attentive to the needs of the customers.

13/03/2026: We halved the portions, especially the salads, and kept the price the same. Very dissatisfied.

19/02/2026: I had a quick, hour-long lunch, including dessert. The people who work here are all kind and cheerful, which is rare for Milan. I had a great time. Everything was clean and welcoming. Wide selection and variety of products, and the kitchen is also excellent.

30/06/2025: Ero di passaggio ieri sera domenica, ho visto questo locale transitando nella strada sottostante, visto che era orario di cena abbiamo deciso di fermarci. Ci siamo seduti all' esterno con lo sfondo delle montagne della Val Chiavenna, una leggera brezzolina mitigava il caldo infernale della giornata. Veniamo alla cucina...mia moglie ha preso una frittura di pesce ECCEZIONALE...ben asciutta croccante, e anche abbondante. Mentre io e i miei figli abbiamo mangiato la pizza. Sono rimasto colpito dalla fragranza del impasto, ben lievitata, ben cotta...insomma una pizza da 10, anche i miei figli hanno apprezzato e divorata tutta. Sicuramente questo ristorante lo inseriremo in agenda la prossima volta che passeremo a Colico

16/02/2026: Located in a corner of Piazza Duomo, it enjoys a privileged view of the entire square: dining on the terrace offers a picture-perfect panorama, while the interior is warm and welcoming. The service is very attentive and thoughtful: Mrs. Paola is an excellent hostess, extremely kind and friendly, able to put everyone at ease, and her staff is very attentive and professional. The dishes are excellent, expertly prepared, never boring, and very tasty. The tagliolini with truffle deserve a special mention. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!!!

30/12/2025: We went to this place because it was recommended to us… the welcome was anything but polite, rather rude. The food was just acceptable, meager for a €23 set menu without drinks; the photos speak for themselves. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it at all. Perhaps it's better to look for better options. The restrooms are not accessible for people with disabilities.

07/04/2026: I went to a Saturday night a few weeks ago, and the place had been in terrible condition since it opened, with dirty, sticky floors and broken glass on the private tables. A disgrace.

09/03/2026: A place with potential, it should be transformed into a 1970s/80s nightclub. A more forward-thinking management team could revive its fortunes.

09/12/2025: I went today for a glass of Greco di Tufo white wine. €6, without any accompaniments, and not even a generous amount. The price sign outside said €4/5 per glass of wine. A bad experience.

07/04/2026: A lovely place with a view of the castle and very polite staff. As for the dishes, my daughter ordered tortellini with cream and ham, which I'd say was neither good nor bad. I had spaghetti allo scoglio, which I honestly need to reconsider; I've had better. As for the salmon trout, I have to confirm some previous reviews, it was truly delicious. My wife had excellent fried lake fish, and the Amarone risotto was equally excellent. It's a shame we missed the risotto, which took longer than expected, but I must say that once we pointed out the omission, they were very kind and quick to correct it, even offering us a dessert to make up for it. Overall, I definitely recommend it.

20/12/2025: Very high price and I still haven't figured out how much... fish appetizer for 2 €93. It seems a bit exaggerated to me. Good but too much.
