25/08/2024: I came following my stay in Milan and frankly I enjoyed myself, I admit that I was a little hesitant to return, but we received a charming welcome despite the difficulty in understanding it at the beginning, it exuded a good atmosphere and frankly the dishes are well stocked, we don't come out hungry 👍

11/11/2024: Although the location is very beautiful, the stay was a continuous disappointment. The rooms have walls so thin that you can hear every noise coming from neighboring rooms, while the heating only has the options of on or off, without the possibility of adjustment: we dare not imagine how they can cope with the summer. For 105-110 euros per night, we expected more. Instead, even the basics are missing: no extra pillow, no shampoo or shower gel; the mosquito nets are broken and dirty, the windows overlook internal spaces with no privacy, and in the bathroom there was even mold in the shower. This level of service is absolutely not up to that rate. Breakfast is another sore point: there is no buffet, and the bread was stale. Instead of offering a simple jar, they come with a box containing jams 'made by them', served as if they were gold; they barely give us a teaspoon of jam and, instead of putting it in a small bowl, they even ask if we want to put it on the plate or on the bread! Apart from some cold cuts, boiled eggs, stale bread and butter, there is nothing else. Paying such a price for such a poor breakfast is unfair and does not represent at all what you expect from the property. Dinner, then, was the pinnacle of our negative experience. Worried by the unfortunate breakfast, but having already booked the tasting menu on Saturday evening (48 euros per person), we hoped for redemption. And instead, an hour before dinner they called us to warn us that, 'being a quiet evening', they had decided to remove the tasting menu to offer only à la carte dishes, a contradiction given that the fixed menu would have been more practical for them! To avoid further surprises, we rejected this proposal, canceled the reservation and went elsewhere for dinner. We were left with the constant feeling of a lack of transparency: here it seems more important to deceive the customer than to offer adequate quality. Ultimately, the service is far from the value of 100-110 euros per night and leaves a deep dissatisfaction

26/07/2024: Ci sono stata in occasione della cena pre ferie organizzata dallo studio dove lavoro. Location meravigliosa e vista strepitosa. Le portate sono veramente buone ma di certo non abbondanti. Il servizio è effettuato da ragazzi giovani che purtroppo non sono all’altezza del ruolo ricoperto

15/07/2024: Un ristorante magnifico con una vista incantevole. Servizio al top da parte di tre giovani italiani davvero simpatici e professionali. Piatto davvero magnifico ma porzione piccola, per un prezzo superiore alla media, ma quando ti piace non si conta.

29/11/2024: Este restaurante fue una buena experiencia! Estábamos un poco confundidos como decía el cartel de afuera: 'nos quedamos sin pizza' y que teníamos que llamar a la puerta para entrar. Bastante inusual el chef se paró en la puerta para dejarnos entrar. ¡Básicamente fue un espectáculo único! Bastante bien. El chef ha dejado de ser encantador y divertido y seguía diciendo 'Dinamarca' cuando dijimos dónde estábamos de Dinamarca. Primero, solo estábamos nosotros en el restaurante, y más tarde vinieron un par también - parecían tan confundidos como nosotros. La comida era increíble - tuvimos una lasaña y tiramitsu. Cuando estábamos a punto de irnos, todos nos abrazamos ya que casi sentimos que habíamos pasado la noche en su casa. Puedo recomendar encarecidamente ir aquí - será una experiencia diferente que nunca olvidará.

22/11/2024: Encontramos el restaurante por los comentarios y la verdad que mereció la pena comer allí. Mauricio nos atendió genial, nos recomendó carbonara y lasaña y no defraudó. Restaurante tradicional y comida casera, rematamos con un tiramisú que estaba muy bueno.

16/11/2024: Polenta and braised meat are an amazing dish: plentiful, tasty and well composed. Excellent service, friendly and helpful waiters, I will definitely return.

20/08/2024: The pizza was really good and the service was really fast. At the tables outside you have a fantastic lake view and few mosquitoes. The sorbet wasn't the best. Despite this I highly recommend it for pizzas

10/10/2024: Had dinner here on the first night of arrival at Cala Gonone and we couldn’t have asked for a better start to the trip. All the dishes were superb - monkfish starters, homemade pasta with clams and bottarga, and the salt baked whole fish, a cross between sea bream and dorado - and paired with a most delicious white wine made from a bud grated native grape varietal.

07/10/2024: We had a wonderful lunch here and loved the food, service, and view out on the terrace. We were only sad that it was our last day because we would have come back again and again! Franciso (spelling?) was a fantastic waiter and the food was divine. Hope to come back one day.

08/11/2024: Horrifying experience, the owner cheated us by giving us the same dish that was on the work menu at the price of the one on the tasting menu, furthermore my son's sirloin arrived in a clear state of decomposition (not to say completely rotten) the owner even made a snooty statement by making unlikely excuses even though faced with the evidence and the warning of possible legal repercussions he was at least removed from the account. Scandalous.

05/01/2025: Although Princi stands out for innovation and an always interesting offer, the experience is completely ruined by the staff. It is truly unacceptable for employees to spend their time openly grumbling and complaining in front of customers, creating an unprofessional and unpleasant environment. Rudeness seems to be a constant, and it's a shame, because the quality of the product is not enough when there is a lack of respect towards those who choose to come in and spend. A total disappointment.

02/01/2025: My meal used Gorganzala cheese, which I thought was a little saltier than usual. The place was quite normal, with a casual atmosphere, it's a good option for a work day when you want to have a quick meal.
