28/02/2026: The pizzas are thin and with a crispy crust, they are very topped and good, the service is fast and the staff very kind.

11/07/2025: This is a historic restaurant in Domaso that has had several different owners for varying lengths of time, but all have maintained the unique character of the osteria. Access is gained by descending two steps into two rooms with exposed stonework and vaulted ceilings. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where the rooms are modernly furnished. The menu offers classic lakeside specialties and well-prepared seafood. The wine list is decent, and prices are reasonable. It's popular with tourists seeking this historic atmosphere, and they don't mind the lack of lake views. July 2025: closed until a new owner is found.

03/07/2025: This was our second time at this restaurant, and once again we weren't disappointed—quite the opposite! The food and service were fantastic, and the interior was cozy. A very pleasant and warm atmosphere. This year, the older chef came by again to ask if we were enjoying our meal and if everything was alright. And it was! As we were leaving, we made sure to thank him personally once more! We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

09/09/2025: I must say that despite the less than stellar reviews, we ate well. Recommended by the staff, we had three delicious fish-based first courses (some fresh, some frozen), two fried calamari and shrimp dishes (frozen but good), well-fried, crispy, and not greasy, and a roast swordfish and shrimp. Three excellent, freshly made tiramisu concluded the meal. The wine was good, and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend it.

08/09/2025: For a few years now, we have been regularly frequenting this lovely place during our holidays in Salento. Good food, good service, and excellent value for money, both for a pizzeria and a restaurant. All of this is often accompanied by background music, which is always a plus. I highly recommend it!

28/04/2026: Found this local gem while walking between La Dársena and Porta Genova. I stumbled upon this spot, which was buzzing with locals enjoying coffee and snacks—always a good sign! Even though I don't speak much Italian, the waiter was incredibly patient and asked, "Vuoi mangiare?" (Do you want to eat?). He took the time to explain the menu to me, and I settled on the sea urchin pasta with a glass of crispy white wine. it was a world-class lunch in a casual street setting. It was a moment!

11/04/2026: If you walk into a pastry shop and ask for a chocolate cream puff and without batting an eyelid they give you a cream puff with Nutella inside (thinking it's the same thing), it means you haven't walked into a pastry shop but into a pastry shop cosplayer.

29/05/2026: We had an aperitif with friends and an evening of Latin dancing. As soon as I walked in, I immediately liked it; it's a refined venue. The food was good. The dance floor isn't big, though; it's in proportion to the size, or, if you prefer, the capacity. Regardless, I had fun and had a great evening. I did find one flaw, a rather significant one...there's no parking, so we had to park on a side street or make do. It's right next to the runway, so if you're outside, you'll notice the planes landing and taking off.

02/05/2026: The place was half empty. Five of us arrived before 8:00 PM. They served us drinks at 8:21 PM, but the pizzas arrived at 9:10 PM. Too slow. Only two customers followed us. Excellent pizzas.

27/04/2026: Stopped for pizza and a cutlet with my daughter. As always, I ordered buffalo mozzarella, and once again the mozzarella was inedible, confirming that the supplier of the various local pizzerias is not a reliable one. Unfortunately, this is the result of the countless pizzerias that don't offer quality... However, the chicken cutlet with fries was appreciated and therefore evened the bill... A shame...

19/04/2026: Even one star is too much. Our stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment, and I've never experienced anything like it on any other vacation. We originally booked six days but had to leave on the second day because the conditions were simply unacceptable. It was clear upon arrival that the pictures online didn't reflect reality. Everything looks neat and inviting in the photos, but it's a completely different story. We weren't expecting luxury – but at least honesty. My personal wish was to sit on the balcony in the morning, drink a coffee, and enjoy the view. Instead, there was just a small green stool meant to serve as a "table." This had absolutely nothing to do with the expectations conveyed by the pictures. A major reason for booking was the supposedly on-site restaurant. According to the Booking.com description, it should have been open. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the restaurant was closed for renovations. There was absolutely no clear indication of this during the booking process. The staff claimed this information was somewhere on the website, but it was neither transparent nor easy to find. Particularly annoying: without a restaurant, there was no way to get coffee, as there was neither a coffee maker nor a kettle in the room. The room itself was also a major problem. The insulation was a disaster. You could hear every sound from outside as if the window were open. It was very windy at night, and the wind even came through the blind box into the room. This made it not only extremely noisy but also cold. In addition, flowerpots hanging outside banged against the wall all night – a constant, disturbing noise that made sleep impossible. There were also other unidentifiable noises. At 5:30 a.m., we'd had enough. We were completely exhausted and annoyed, packed our suitcases, and checked out immediately. The amenities also left much to be desired. The bathroom door was difficult to close – you had to lift it and push it with force. This was simply unpleasant and impractical, especially at night. We then switched to a different hotel – with an almost identical view. There, everything was as expected: a proper table and comfortable seating on the balcony a quiet, well-insulated room overall a significantly higher standard, almost luxurious including breakfast And all this for only about €30 more. This clearly shows that the price-performance ratio at the first hotel was completely off. I'm currently still in contact with the hotel and trying to get my money back. Unfortunately, I'm being completely ignored. I definitely cannot recommend this hotel. For me, it was one of the worst experiences ever. I will also post my videos and experiences on YouTube so that others are warned. For the same price, I would have preferred to rent an apartment with a kitchenette and more space.

03/06/2026: The property and gardens of the grand hotel tremezzo where the restaurant is located are extremely pretty. The restaurant is good but honestly not extremely good which you may expect for EUR 250 per person exclusing drinks. The views and location do make up for much.

25/04/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed a 5-course tasting menu with wine pairings! Wonderful! Superb service, excellent food with a magnificent view of Lake Como.

20/05/2026: Avoid this restaurant. The waiter was dismissive and rude throughout our visit, with no sense of basic hospitality. The food arrived lukewarm, which made the experience even worse. They also enforce a minimum purchase requirement to use the restroom. We saw staff refuse restroom access to a passerby unless they bought something. That policy is unusual, unpleasant, and worth knowing before you go. Overall, poor service, disappointing food temperature, and a customer-unfriendly atmosphere. I would not recommend it.

08/05/2026: Tourist trap, overpriced, horrible service, clumsy and ignorant employees. Got a “Caeser salad” - 7 pieces of 10g reheated frozen chicken pieces, 5 croutons and a sad olive on top of a whole head of iceberg salad, topped with the cheapest garlic dressing money can buy. 15 euro. We were spoken down to in Italian upon asking the smallest requests, and no one even asked how our food tasted when we all ate barely anything. Do NOT go here.

Surrounded by greenery, just steps from Chiaravalle Abbey and convenient for Milan, the rooms are spotless and well-maintained, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff are truly friendly and helpful. A perfect place to relax and unwind, I highly recommend it and will gladly return.

19/04/2026: Very tacky restaurant. We stopped there without much thought because we were hungry. We were surprised that there was no one there, so we ordered a wine, pointing to the menu. When the bill came, he had charged double for the wine. When we asked why, he pulled out another menu that we hadn't seen before. He's clearly targeting tourists.
