17/11/2025: A big heartfelt thank you to Adriano for helping us recover our beloved pink bear. He found it, arranged registered mail to send it back to us, and patiently answered all our questions during the 3-week wait. His kindness, care, and dedication truly touched us. We are deeply grateful for everything he has done. In addition, the owner, Andre always make us feel welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast and coffee are the best we have tasted in Como.

20/10/2025: The only good thing about this “hotel” is the location. Rooms outdated but okay for the price, however very cold. On the other hand please avoid this accommodation, the receptionist I assume owner named Silvia wrongfully accused us stealing from the breakfast (muesli bar)😅 then started an argument being quite aggressive and making no solid point which is totally unacceptable as we were paying guests. Only the gentleman at the reception tried to deescalate the situation which made us not to pursue furthermore the situation. This has made such a bad impact on our trip, she was hitting a tone that was derogatory , was pushing the lines of bullying and was far from professional behavior.

22/11/2025: Tourist trap: undercooked cotoletta without the proper crust at 40+ euros per person (cotoletta + 1/3 wine). Service was also chaotic, with missing forks and dirty cups, which we had to ask many times to get replaced.

22/11/2025: The restaurant had very poor quality food; their breaded cutlet was very greasy and awful. For the price, I expected much more. I recommend not going and looking for cheaper alternatives elsewhere.

26/07/2025: Que dire ? Un bel endroit, une belle équipe, un service de grande qualité sympathique et finalement simple. Des mets de qualité. Le plus le patron et l’équipe amicale, parfaitement théâtrale et emprunt de savoir faire. Une expérience d’une rare qualité. Musique et lumiere qui assurent l’ambiance. Merci à tous.

25/09/2025: A good place with a very nice atmosphere; I went with colleagues. It's also suitable for large groups. The food was good and the service was honest. Prices were in line with the Milan area, so they weren't cheap. Overall, I'd go back.

21/10/2025: Right on the lake and the small but beautiful marina of Villa, a hamlet of Gargnano. We only had breakfast (which was good): the staff is very friendly and the view is stunning! Off-season, it's even better! I plan to have lunch there as soon as possible: the place is truly romantic in the evening! I recommend parking just off the main road and walking along the lakefront until you reach it, then continuing to Gargnano, one of the most beautiful walks in the area. Shortly after the Osteria, on the left, there is a charming private gatehouse, open to the public 24/7.

16/10/2025: One of the best pizzas I've ever had! The atmosphere is perhaps a little dated, but clean. The staff is fairly quick. The bathroom is small and cramped.

31/10/2025: The food is very delicious, especially the Mantecate pasta and the Capresee. I recommend it, but the staff are very arrogant and in a strange mood. If you don't mind them, there is no problem. Except for the bald one, there is no problem ;)
