21/12/2024: Cute spot that’s been around for years. Service was fantastic- really attentive staff from all angles. The venue has history and you can see in the decor. Had the artichoke salad to start- whatever Parmesan cheese they used was wildly delicious. The mushroom pasta was recommended by my server and one of the best dishes I had in Milan. Simple, elegant and perfect. I closed with the tiramisu and it was exceptional.

22/12/2024: Came here on our way from Como to Linate airport. Had the scialatielli with seafood which was awesome - mussels tasted fresh and pasta had the perfect texture. Service is attentive, fast and friendly, despite of the large event that was happening at the same time as our lunch. Definitely worth a visit if you are close!

30/12/2024: I had high expectations when I decided to try Lipen, a historic pizzeria in Triuggio, awarded the prestigious Tre Spicchi by Gambero Rosso and included in the Top 50 of the best pizzerias in the world. However, the experience turned out to be far from expectations, leaving me with a sense of bitterness... quite a bit! Let's start from the positive aspects: the staff proved to be extremely courteous and the environment is welcoming, capable of making you feel at ease from the first moment. Furthermore, the appetizers and desserts, although they were not the main reason for the visit, lived up to expectations, denoting evident care in the choice of raw materials. However, the heart of the menu, the pizza, was a disappointment. My stracciata marinara, a great classic that should represent an essential test, turned out to be mediocre, penalized by visibly behind cooking. I don't deny the quality of the ingredients, perceptible from the first bite, but the execution failed to enhance them. The result was a decent pizza, without memorable highlights, far from the level one would expect from such a prestigious pizzeria. Even worse things went for the person who accompanied me: his pizza arrived raw, a mistake that is difficult to accept in a place that boasts such important awards. If not exactly inedible, it was still far from standard. I have attached a photo to do justice to my words. It is clear that the quality of the raw materials is not in question, but I wonder how it is possible that the execution is so mixed. Is it perhaps a sign of decline or lack of attention to detail? Lipen remains an interesting place for the atmosphere and for some of the menu options, but in the panorama of gourmet pizza, where excellence and consistency are fundamental, the experience was not able to win me over. For now, only one big regret remains.

24/12/2024: Company dinner, super location, good service but... unfortunately the quality of the dishes did not live up to expectations. (And the cost) I had been 1 year ago and was thrilled with it. Unfortunately not this time!

22/08/2024: Good and friendly service, but the food is just not right. It does not serve the expectations of how they represent theirselves and how the prices are set. The ravioli were covered with three different sauces. Overall, a layer of thick sepia sauce was put on many dishes, such as the squid. Also, you can find their mayonaise kind of sauce on most dishes. Here, less is more in my opinion. The octopus was a bit on the chewy side. The prices might indicate haute cuisine, but it is not.

31/12/2024: Sufficient New Year's Eve dinner. Slightly overcooked rabbit starter, but it depends on taste. Second course of pork covered in bacon, not at all balanced, a totally sweet dish. Tasting of lobster tagliatelle, overcooked lobster. As a sweet millefeuille, really tasty.

03/11/2024: One of the most beautiful villas we've ever stayed in. The customer service was very nice! Our room was wonderfully beautiful with a luxurious mattress, the bathroom was spotlessly clean with soap and toiletries. The bed was very comfortable, we slept really well. The breakfast was 15€/person and he ate it to the max! We ate fresh fruit juices, pancakes, rantotta, coffee, sliced ​​bread, muesli, etc. It was indescribably beautiful to have breakfast while we looked at the mountains and the water. Unfortunately, we only postponed one night here, but we will never forget this and we hope to return as soon as possible. I will only recommend the Comoi tonal to everyone who is there. Let's praise the mind!
