16/03/2025: Restaurante muy agradable y acogedor, "spring" menú era súper, comida y vino genuino! Camareros muy eficiente y amable, chef fue muy servicial, él propuso servir risotto temprano a mi hermana (antes de "mantecatura") porque no le gusta el queso parmisan.

09/02/2025: It's a nice, clean and welcoming place. I was cold and had a hot chocolate and then a chocolate flame. You have to like milk chocolate, I'm much more into Fontente. However, it was nice and thick and not too sweet. There is an indoor and an outdoor room both with a good temperature. Being in an area that I frequent on the weekend I will do a second tasting.

25/05/2025: A pleasant surprise We decided to try this place for dinner What can I say, right from the start we were welcomed by capable and super attentive staff The place is still worth a visit just for how it was conceived The food is good quality, well presented and with an average price, we had 2 appetizers, 2 first courses and 2 desserts, water, prosecco and coffee I will definitely go back for the place, the staff and above all for the food You have to try it too Enjoy your meal Marco and Ale

17/06/2025: The happy hour special was quite good 😉 Unfortunately, the pasta dish was very dry and very small, which was ridiculous for €13 + €2 for the coperto. Tables are crammed together. The view was nice.

15/06/2025: I chose this place thinking it was a good pizzeria, in reality I ate a disgusting pizza, watery and with a very thin dough so much so that you can't even cut it. Not only was the food not good, but also the staff was very rude. There was no one at the restaurant (and they shouldn't have closed because it has continuous hours as it says) literally at the last bite of pizza of the boy who was with me they ran to collect the plate immediately. I was still eating and due to a health problem I can't eat quickly, the Indian girl immediately came over to collect the plate I told her I haven't finished yet and she left. The other Egyptian waiter dressed in black immediately came over and asked me if I'm finished I told him no, he collected the plate and left. The Indian girl told him I was still eating he pretended nothing had happened and left. All this in less than an hour! I could understand if I had been sitting there for a long time (even if disrespectful ways are always unacceptable). Also my friend heard them say in Arabic now I'll kill you, guys you are not very smart you know that the person in front of you understands your language! But what do I expect from you if while sitting I heard your owner say out loud saying that if the customer tells you that this is not a toast tell him that it is from our house if you want the classic one you can make it at home! It is obvious that the employees will then behave rudely and impolitely! Even there if you have speeches like that these briefings are done in the kitchen between you not in the room in front of people! You are really not professional at all! I wanted to stay for dessert and coffee but they also made me lose my desire, I just wanted to leave. Maybe they don't care about customers since they rely more on tourists passing by as in our case, but in the end you lose your reputation and surely even if you are the last ones open I will not stop by your place again. I wanted to tell what happened so no one falls into the trap. And maybe reading my comment you will start to do some math and try to improve.

02/06/2025: After almost 30 days in Europe, this was the first time my wife and I were mistreated in a restaurant. It must be great for locals and regulars, but if you're a tourist, stay away! They made a point of forgetting more than half of our order, which was only for two. In the end, when my cutlet didn't arrive, I asked for the bill and they came to question it. I said that I could cancel it, since they forgot. The cashier closed the bill for payment with absurd irritation. There are better, cheaper restaurants with service that isn't as bad as this one. If you can, stay away, don't believe the ratings on Google.

10/06/2025: From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a special experience. The hotel proactively reached out to confirm our arrival time, and upon mid way our walk from the train station, they were waiting to greet us! We were immediately helped with our luggage and offered a refreshing prosecco on the balcony with absolutely spectacular views – what a welcome! Matteo was incredibly pleasant and made check-in a breeze. We had dinner at their sister company's restaurant, which again offered magnificent views, and were even driven there in a classic convertible by Davide – a fantastic touch! Our room was consistently clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was perfect, with fresh ingredients and an incredibly lovely lady (apologies for not catching her name!) who made the experience even better. The convenience of being so close to both the train station and ferry port was a huge plus. We would absolutely stay here again without a doubt. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality!

25/05/2025: I am not used to leaving negative reviews but I am out of their hotel and have nowhere to sleep. I made a reservation with Booking for one night. When I arrived to check in the blonde lady at the entrance told me that my reservation was not there, and then instead we saw it together on the Booking portal on her PC. Then he told me that check in was until 10pm to get out of trouble (it is not reported anywhere by the way. but evidently he had sold my room to other people leaving me out at night without a room, without any place to sleep hundreds of km from home where I do not know anyone. When I asked for explanations by the way he took my trolley and threw it outside and pushed me forcefully out of the reception when I called the carabinieri to report the situation to the police, who told me to file a complaint, but at that moment they could not help me. I advise you not to stay in this hotel as it is the complete opposite of hospitality. By the way I also paid having made the reservation with the credit card on Booking, I would like at least the money from my company back as I had to sleep in the car in the cold.

05/06/2025: Eravamo in gruppo, una trentina, di cui metà bambini, ma ciononostante il servizio è stato abbastanza buono. Menù monumentale, un intero volume, con pagine e pagine di proposte, il che mi fa sempre sorgere qualche dubbio. La pizza non era un gran che, bruciacchiata, pomodoro acquoso, ustionante, però disponibile in un'infinità di scelte. Buona la birra.

04/05/2025: Egal, was wir bestellt haben, es war alles super frisch und unglaublich lecker. Der Service sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Schönes Ambiente. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir waren drei Abenden hintereinander dort und mussten dann leider nach Hause.

25/05/2025: Historic place with very particular vintage furnishings, menu with different proposals of daily dishes and à la carte. Courteous and helpful staff, dishes prepared with care and with quality ingredients. Prices in line with the offer.

23/05/2025: Davvero deludente, abbiamo preso un piatto a testa, ossia una pasta alla portoghese con frutti di mare palesemente surgelati, il che nessuno pretende siano freschi, ma davvero bassa bassa qualità, lo stesso per l’altro piatto con salmone (era su per giù come quello affumicato del supermercato), polenta davvero unta e dubbia. L’unica cosa davvero decente e vagamente buona era il baccalà. Il servizio è sufficiente, il personale è sembrato gentile e disponibile. Il problema è proprio il cibo, solo mangiabile. Peccato perché il posto è davvero bello e caratteristico, in una posizione di Brescia speciale.

17/05/2025: The food IS expensive, no doubt about that; however the quality is incredible, extremely enjoyable atmosphere in arguably one of the most premium locations on the lake. I would personally recommend the lamb and risotto; both with incredibly rich flavour. My partner was particularly fond of the spaghetti salad. Amazing experience, incredible staff, very much enjoyed.

10/05/2025: We went to the Belvedere hotel to have dinner at the Albóri restaurant. It was an unforgettable experience. We arrived around 7pm starting with a very elegant aperitif and then moving on to dinner overlooking the lake. The large windows allow you to dine in front of a view that relaxes body and mind. Chef Marco offered us the tasting menu which turned out to be amazing and highly sought after. The sommelier Stefano accompanied us brilliantly for every single dish with a dedicated wine paring. We would also like to mention the attention and professionalism of the guys in the room, mentioning in particular Youssuf who was very kind and nice. We will definitely return, also hoping to stay in this very elegant hotel.

17/06/2025: The kitchen doesn't open until 7 p.m. Unfortunately, it's not mentioned online. Pizza was okay. A salad, which consisted only of leaf lettuce, cost €7, which is quite expensive. The food was generally rather bland. The operta for four people was €16. So we bought the table runners but left them there. Operta is normal in Italy, but if the kitchen is closed, you usually don't get charged. The cocktails were good, though, and the atmosphere, right on the lake, is inviting. All in all, it's geared more towards tourists than quality.
