If you're looking for a place where quality ingredients meet a passion for authentic cuisine, Bottega Ghiotta in Piazza Diaz is a must-see. I recently returned and was, once again, pleasantly surprised. In addition to the delicious spaghetti alla Nerano, I tried the pizza and I must say it was simply divine. The dough is light, made with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients! It's a welcoming and well-kept place, perfect for both a business lunch and a relaxing dinner. The staff is friendly, quick, and always smiling. Lucia and Alina, in particular, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

The location is just steps from the Duomo, the staff were friendly and welcoming (a luxury these days). We tried the Neapolitan-style pizza, the best in central Milan, with the freshest buffalo mozzarella. I recommend the linguina del borgo topped with anchovy sauce and shrimp tartare—out of this world! The prices are very fair.

I was there for lunch with my friends, we had pasta with ragù , risotto alle milanese, tartare di carne and also some pizza, they were super delicious. my Friends and I were super happy to taste Italian food. The staff are so nice and also the restaurant is in the heart of center just 2 min walking from Dumo. Thank you for everything.

07/05/2026: Our favourite restaurant in Milan. Despite the 'outdoor' area being constantly busy, they always find a good table for you. The staff are extremely professional but still warm and friendly. Our waiter Louis (unsure of spelling) was fantastic - warm, funny, professional, and attentive. Always looking over to his tables in case customers want his attention. Exactly what you want from a waiter. The food was absolutely phenomenal, both mains and desserts were 10/10 every time. Without much wait considering it is in the centre of the shopping district. Free bread with homemade spicy sauce. A cover charge is added and entirely justified. I just wish we found an ATM during our trip so we could tip more. We returned to this restaurant during our trip, and will continue to recommend and hopefully come back one day.
04/05/2026: Found an excellent restaurant in the Galleria, with excellent risotto and ossobuco, a delicious Negroni cocktail, and an international atmosphere. Highly recommended.
