A varied and imaginative menu that doesn't neglect Tuscan tradition. High-quality products, expertly and skillfully cooked, tasty yet delicate. Elisa is a thoughtful and kind hostess, as well as a first-rate chef.
A well-stocked wine cellar and delicious desserts. Excellent value for money.

The pici with ragù and asparagus and the sliced beef are excellent.
Friendly and punctual service.

The only downside is that the staff was too quick to clear the table. It didn't make a good impression.

06/04/2026: We wanted to spend Easter in a large and beautiful city of art and culture. Gravina di Puglia is stunning. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the Easter lunch at La Murgiana. The local dishes were a dream for us. They served us octopus salad, fried cod, pasta with seafood in cream sauce (disgusting), shrimp salad, etc.
The question arises: has Gravina di Puglia been moved to the seaside or is it located in the Murgia mountains?
On the other hand, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
A negative dining experience at this restaurant.

13/10/2025: If you're a fan of sophisticated table settings, this isn't your place: paper placemats, glasses reminiscent of old-fashioned taverns. However, if you want to eat well and in quantity, go to this place. The seafood dishes are truly tasty. The staff is a bit rustic, but they quickly loosen up and become friendly. Fair prices. It's a place you'll want to return to. I recommend making a reservation; it's a restaurant loved by many.

Delicious pizza, soft dough and truly high-quality ingredients, priced by weight. Among the ones I ordered, I especially loved the one with porchetta and smoked provola, really good; the ham and stracchino, also very good; then the gorgonzola with pumpkin, good and unique, with the gorgonzola not too overpowering, which was a plus; and finally the pumpkin, spinach, purple cabbage, and onion, unique and delicious...
Friendly staff, and a central, clean location.

I returned almost a year later on Holy Thursday and had a divine mussel soup...

22/03/2026: I tried this restaurant many years ago, but only vaguely remembered it.
Last night's experience was very positive, with a warm welcome and fast service from well-organized and friendly staff.
At our table (which we had booked), two complimentary welcome appetizers had already been served, and an additional one was brought while we were perusing the menu.
The dishes are classic local and seasonal, and frankly, they're all excellent quality.
The prices, in our opinion, were reasonable. We highly recommend it, and will definitely be back.

04/04/2026: After tasting the food at this restaurant, I ate here for every single meal during my stay in Taormina. In particular, the seafood linguine pasta and seafood risotto suit Korean palates perfectly, so I highly, highly recommend trying them! The portions are generous, filling the large bowls to the brim, and the taste of the large, plump shrimp served on top is something I still cannot forget. While dining, I noticed there was sometimes a wait outside, but if you make a reservation in advance via WhatsApp, you will receive a quick and friendly response.

08/04/2026: We spent a lovely evening at Il Tartufo. We really appreciated the way the first courses were prepared and presented in front of the guests, as well as the quality of the food, and the friendliness and professionalism of Mrs. Lina and her son Alessandro. To top it all off, they treated us to an excellent, fragrant and delicious mojito. Highly recommended! We'll be back.
