06/09/2025: Well, the location and view of lake was great. But the service is not. The female server was nice, whereas the male was kind of impatient in answering questions. We had some beer and gelato. Of course the gelato was not expensive, but it was the worst gelato I had in Italy!

07/09/2025: We travel extensively and love good food. When we arrived this restaurant was recommended to us as being good and authentic, so our expectations were high!
Without question, the service is exceptional. The food is the best we’ve eaten in all of Italy, not ‘just’ Sicily. Exceptional food, exceptional people, exceptional experience.

NOTE: The dining room on the corner with the other street is poorly divided, making it confusing for the restaurant next door, which can lead to sitting in the wrong place.

Quiet environment, we didn't encounter any problems or annoyances.
Very good dishes and as a final treat a splendid dessert.
I highly recommend it.

14/08/2025: We had a very nice, cozy, and relaxed evening at Grotto Rialdo. We sat outside; we could barely hear the street noise. The staff were very attentive, flexible, friendly, and very humorous. The food was fresh and the portion size was perfectly adequate, so we even had dessert. There was a nice selection here, too, and it was very tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The restaurant has a wide variety of dishes. From kebabs, pizzas, pasta dishes, and steaks.
Basically everything.

12/08/2025: Excellent food at a reasonable price. A bit off the busy street, but a fairly quiet place. Highly recommended. Both pizza and pasta are really great! It gets crowded, it opens at 7:30 PM in the evening.

The prices are low and the food is amazing.
The pizza is authentic Italian.
We also tried the mussels by accident for the first time in our lives.
They were amazing!
The owner and the entire staff were incredibly kind and always smiling!

31/08/2025: I'm not giving it 5 stars because the prices are above what is usually expected. Aside from that, the team is very welcoming and helpful. The products are fresh and very tasty. The setting is exceptional.
30/08/2025: A superb late-August dinner on the terrace overlooking the sea. The service staff was knowledgeable and friendly, as was the chef, whose simplicity and humility were evident. Special mention for the bread and the risotto, which was perfectly creamed, even though there was no butter due to an intolerance. A top-notch experience.

We ordered a mix of appetizers, including a charcuterie board, delicious arrosticini, and a mix of suppli.
We continued with a fabulous carbonara and an excellent risotto all'ossobuco.
The service was perfect; the staff were very courteous, attentive, and always available, making the evening even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this place for an authentic Roman experience. I will definitely be back.
