22/08/2024: As seasoned travelers for whom gastronomy plays a central role in each of our escapades, we have had the chance to discover restaurants in the four corners of the world. However, the Trautmannsdorf restaurant has distinguished itself as one of the rare establishments that deserves a place of honor in our culinary list. In fact, it is now among the five best restaurants that we have had the opportunity to try during our numerous travels. During our lunch in August, in the heart of the heatwave, we were dazzled by the exceptional quality of each dish. True to our habit, we ordered almost the entire menu, and each dish was able to delight our taste buds with a perfect mastery of flavors and textures. Each bite was a true homage to local cuisine, executed with rare expertise. The service, for its part, was able to enhance this experience. Efficient, fast, always attentive and unparalleled in sympathy, he helped make this moment a memorable one. The setting of the restaurant is also worth highlighting: despite the oppressive summer heat, we were able to enjoy a pleasant and well-kept environment, which invites relaxation and discovery. In conclusion, the Trautmannsdorf restaurant is a must in the region, and probably one of the only ones truly worth the detour. Although we stayed at the magnificent Château Castel-Frasburg, whose restaurant performs honorably (especially the breakfast), Trautmannsdorf undoubtedly stands out as the best restaurant in the area. A place that we highly recommend to all epicureans looking for an authentic and refined gastronomic experience.

27/08/2024: Durante il mio soggiorno a soave mi è capitato di cenare in qs locanda , spinto dalle buone recensioni. Accoglienza gentile , ci han fatto accomodare in terrazza con vista sulle colline e tramonto , prima impressione buona , aria di un locale che punta un poco al raffinato. Con l'arrivo dei piatti qs bella nuvoletta pian piano si sgonfia, a mia moglie arriva una selezione di formaggi decorata con frutti di bosco , peccato che la mora ha la muffa e la chiusura ancora peggio , una sbrisolona che non assomigliava per niente ad una sbrisolona ma sembrava più un biscotto ed una crema pasticcera al posto della crema mascarpone . Perplesso , c'erano circa una decina di persone quindi non erano così pieni da giustificare certi errori, forse era una serata no

28/07/2024: Agriturismo bellissimo, collocato in splendida posizione nella valle in Franciacorta. Location molto pulita ed accogliente. Proprietario e personale gentilissimi, disponibili, professionali e accomodanti. Dall' aperitivo al dolce, vini di ottima qualità, così come il cibo. Assolutamente consigliato! Locale accessibile a disabili.

Everything perfect, functional and clean bathrooms, swimming pool, excellent wine, Gianluigi makes you feel like "one of the family", excellent dinner, with first-rate products, homemade casoncelli, but above all the risotto 🔝. Agricamping area of ​​4 or 5 pitches = peace and relaxation guaranteed, in the morning savory and sweet breakfast, fresh fruit, a pleasant and regenerating summer weekend, it's a shame to have to go home, see you next time.
