17/01/2026: It's now a regular stop on my local tour. I always have a great time. The food is excellent, as are the ingredients they use. The wine list is excellent. The service is impeccable. Always.

07/03/2026: The dishes are always new and very original. Fantastic. Chef Monia is exceptional because she's imaginative and very passionate, but above all, she explains and presents the dishes. They take their time serving because the dishes are prepared fresh.
