30/11/2025: We ask what the soup of the day is: we're told it's with vegetables and beans. It actually comes with potato and bean soup. The nettle bigoli were tough. The truffled horsemeat tagliata was a very small portion despite the price (20 euros). The zaletti were old, and the wine they were paired with wasn't clear.

17/05/2025: Palazzo Ranucci was a pleasant discovery, a magical place with a breathtaking view and, without a doubt, from the terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful panorama of all Tuscia! The cuisine is excellent, the welcome by Elisa was truly an added value. Before leaving, we had the pleasure of meeting the manager of the location, Mr. Maurizio, an exquisite person with very elegant manners, who also made us experience the true soul of this historic building. Recommended to all those who are looking for a unique, original and, at the same time, traditional experience linked to the authentic values ​​of life.

06/12/2025: Excellent restaurant, serving basic Calabrian cuisine but not only. You can enjoy pizzeria dishes, from various appetizers to mixed fried foods to excellent white and red pizzas. The specialty is the meat, including an excellent Scottona burger. There's no shortage of generous first courses for all tastes. Wide selection of wines and beers 🍻. Desserts are also available. Friendly and attentive staff; the owners welcome you with a smile, as do all the other employees. Highly recommended. 13/12/2025: We ate here thanks, or unfortunately, to a gift voucher... a candlelit evening! I'm sorry to say, but the food was truly awful!!! Nice atmosphere, decorated for Christmas. Parking is a bit far, but that's okay. The only problem is that there are no signs from the parking lot to get to the restaurant, and it took us 20 minutes. It wasn't the best in December, but at least we saw a beautiful fox and the town lit up with a spectacular view. 😊

The stuffed pepper was very salty, and the coppa was overly flavorful (we don't know how they were seasoned, because the seasoning is a secret and he wouldn't tell us). We didn't know if there might have been anything that would have caused an allergy. The owner and the restaurant manager were truly unfriendly and unprofessional.

I ordered a cod appetizer with hummus and caramelized onions, accompanied by an exceptional wine, but my top recommendation is the crespelle—you'll fall in love at first taste. The dessert is also excellent, a truly original persimmon strudel. The staff is attentive and attentive; the young waiter accommodated every request. The owner is also very professional. The restaurant offers a unique atmosphere, a blend of ancient, modern, and industrial elegance. I highly recommend it.

I visited Casa D with my husband, Davide, and two dear friends of ours. The warm welcome and elegant service take guests on an exciting journey. The cuisine and fine wines are an expression of Italian culture. The wine list is impressive. Bread, first courses, second courses, and desserts are prepared traditionally with genuine ingredients.
