For dinner, we thoroughly enjoyed the surprise menu, which offered sublime value for money. The dishes were very refined, featuring delicate regional flavors. Furthermore, we were served in a very friendly and enthusiastic manner. The accompanying wines were also delightful. Highly recommended if you are in Putignano!

We went for the tasting menu and got to experience typically Puglian food that we really enjoyed! Since I am pregnant, there are some things I can't eat, but it was no problem at all to make some changes to my menu, the host adjusted all dishes to make sure they were safe to eat. Great experience with great service and authentic fresh food!

Botteghe Antiche is one of those places you'll want to return to, both for the welcoming atmosphere and the quality of the traditional cuisine: meticulously prepared and tasty.
The dishes are truly delicious; you can taste the attention to tradition and the finest ingredients.
The service is excellent; the maître d', Paolo, is always kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail.
Highly recommended!

Simply fantastic experience! We chose the €50 tasting menu and it was a true surprise from start to finish. Every course was meticulously prepared, with balanced flavors and top-quality ingredients.
We ate wonderfully: creative yet authentic dishes, generous portions, and a truly satisfying gastronomic experience. The service was impeccable, attentive and always smiling, without ever being intrusive.
Exceptional value for money, hard to beat! We'll definitely be back and I recommend it to anyone looking for a special lunch!

My partner and I had lunch on Monday at this wonderful trattoria and wanted to try the calzone di sponsali. For me, it was the best: flavorful and balanced. Simple, but made with great care. You could taste the craftsmanship behind it, not just the recipe.
The atmosphere was quiet and the service friendly.

I went for dinner during the week with friends and it was a wonderful surprise.
The service was truly attentive, present but never intrusive. There's a truly peaceful atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy the evening without rushing.
At the end of the dinner, we chatted with Stefano, who also took us to see the wine cellar: a place worth a visit, with an impressive selection of wines.
It was more than just a dinner, it was a complete experience.

We hadn't made a reservation for dinner at Botteghe Antiche, so a spot on the square wasn't an option. Inside, there was still room, and we had a view of the kitchen, which is always a nice sight. The dishes were delicious. We found the atmosphere a bit lacking; the service was friendly, but a bit distant.

We came for lunch during the week and left confident we'd found a special place.
We tried the handmade farinella tagliatelle: a simple dish with a lot of personality.
The service was attentive yet discreet, and the open kitchen made you feel part of what was happening.
An experience we'd repeat without a second thought.
