15/08/2025: A nice italian taverna .. a good atmosphere and a good food.. Very kind people and the food was amazing … all the starters and the main course was 10/10… I recommend this this taverna!!!!

14/08/2025: We tried the seafood tasting and loved the different combinations of flavors. We had pasta, which was delicious, and the best part was the wine, as we could pour as much as we wanted. The only downside is that you have to make a reservation, otherwise you'll have to wait for a table.

28/07/2025: A very well-maintained place, well-organized, and always supervised by the wait staff. The staff was extremely kind and, above all, professional in every aspect. The poolside service was impeccable. The food and wines were also quality, with well-timed breaks, and no architectural barriers. From the moment you arrive, you can see how they put their customers at ease. They asked women and children to step down onto the carpet in front of the entrance, as the parking lot is below, but each level is served by stairs.

10/03/2025: Piccolo locale nei pressi dell'arco clementino. L'arredo della sala è curato e accogliente. Lo chef si occupa anche del servizio al tavolo. Oltre a poter scegliere alla carta c'è la possibilità di scegliere tra 3 diversi menu che si differenziano per il numero di antipasti presenti. 2 nel piccolo, 3 nel medio e 4 nel grande. A seguire un primo, un secondo e un dolce. La cosa interessante è che il menu te lo puoi costruire come preferisci scegliendo i piatti dal menu. I piatti che più ci hanno colpito sono i 2 antipasti freddi che abbiamo scelto (la tartarre e il carpaccio). Buono anche il riso alla crema di pistacchio e gamberi. Tutti i piatti sono ben impiattati. Prezzo adeguato al servizio e alla qualità di quello che abbiamo mangiato. Interessante il fatto che il menu è stagionale, per cui ogni 3 mesi viene completamente cambiato.

23/08/2025: It's always a shame for me to leave a negative review, especially when the location is truly delightful: small but meticulously maintained and with a pleasant atmosphere. For this very reason, I believe constructive criticism can help both the owners, helping them grow and improve, and future customers, helping them have a more satisfying experience. During our dinner, however, several inconveniences arose that I must point out. As soon as we sat down, we found the placemat dirty, likely not replaced after the previous service. A detail that alone wouldn't have ruined the evening, but unfortunately it was the first in a series of oversights. We ordered a first course to share and two second courses. Unfortunately, the tagliatelle with lamb ragù was so salty that it was difficult to enjoy. The wild boar meatballs, however, arrived cold and partly burned. Finally, the sliced ​​beef: we weren't asked how it was cooked, and, without a proper knife for serving, we were faced with overcooked, very salty, and difficult to cut meat. A real shame, especially since the prices were decidedly high compared to the actual quality of what we were served. I sincerely hope these observations are helpful: the location has potential, but the cuisine and service deserve more attention to live up to expectations.

17/08/2025: I dined at the inn's restaurant on the evening of my birthday. I'd seen the place by chance, strolling through Tuscania one afternoon, and I have to say it was a truly perfect choice. The place is small and very intimate, with a beautiful view of the church of San Pietro illuminated at night. The food was excellent. It's refined, not ordinary, and very carefully prepared. Everything was beautifully presented and very tasty. You can tell they're making things with love. The young man who served us was wonderful. Super kind, very, very nice, not intrusive, and above all, very young. The owner was friendly and attentive to detail. Overall, a place I recommend if you're passing through Tuscania or if you're a local. I'll definitely be back. They even gave me a little heart with the word "Happy Birthday" written on it, which was unexpected and appreciated. Thank you.

28/08/2025: Of all the fine dining experiences I've had to date, this is undoubtedly the best. At Pashà, I found not only delicious food, but also attentive service and friendly, approachable staff. The tasting menu is incredible: I tasted the flavors of Puglia, but underneath, greeting me from afar like a silent old friend, were also the flavors of my homeland, Sicily, which is also the birthplace of the brilliant chef. One Michelin star is truly too few: you deserve the second without batting an eyelid. Keep going, and thank you for everything ❤️

25/08/2025: Tasting from €170 per person. Some dishes were delicious, others were good, and others I didn't like! The service needs to improve to live up to the star, and the cuisine needs more maturity! Overall, a fairly positive experience.

21/08/2025: The waitresses were not at all friendly, almost unpleasant, the atmosphere was deplorable, noisy, we couldn't hear each other because it was so noisy, it was impossible to eat outside even though there was space on the terrace, as for the food, apart from the pizzas, it was bland, we won't be going back!

26/08/2025: We went for dinner as a group of more than 10 people. The service was quite slow, but the dishes were good and plentiful. The only flaw was the main course: the fillets we ordered were a bit fatty compared to others, and they weren't seasoned. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, and in the summer it's very nice outside. Next to the restaurant is a pond, and behind it is a soccer field and benches. Good value for money.
