The location bears the weight of its years and could use a makeover to restore, even to the eyes, the beauty that today is especially evident in the food. It's a personal opinion, of course, but such an intervention would undoubtedly lend greater charm and character to the entire establishment. That said, one indisputable truth remains: whether it's lunch or dinner, here every dining experience is transformed into a little poem for the palate. The appetizers alone are a real test of the stomach, so generous in quantity and so satisfying in quality. But it's the raw seafood that delivers the first, authentic punch: fresh, succulent, rich in flavor, capable of winning over from the first bite. And just when you think you've already reached the pinnacle, the first dishes arrive to deliver the final blow. They are the true stars of the show, dishes that leave a lasting impression and are memorable. Above all, the tagliolini with monkfish deserve a special mention: absolutely worth trying. At that point, continuing on to the main courses becomes almost a challenge, reserved only for a select few with truly capable stomachs. And it's almost a shame, because these dishes deserve a much better role: not to end the show at the end, but to rightfully occupy a front-row seat. Ultimately, the Garden is a truly compelling venue for the quality of its cuisine and the power of its flavors. While the aesthetics of the location today seem in need of a makeover, the culinary offerings, however, retain their ability to excite. And that's precisely the point: when the dish manages to transcend the visual and become a memory, it means the cuisine has already won.
