We stop at a little restaurant tucked away before the hospital, and, surprise, the appetizer is plentiful and exceptional, with fresh bread and exquisite olive oil. Immediately after, a plate of tagliatelle with sun-dried tomatoes is truly out of this world; it could have fed three people. Kudos also to the frescoed wall with the history of the Manfredi restaurant, and paintings that make one think of the Art Nouveau era. Kudos also to the kindness of the staff, and the waitress in particular.

An extremely positive experience in a frenetic city like Catanzaro, where a lunch break is essential for a moment's relaxation.
The professionalism and courtesy with which you're welcomed and guided through your personalized culinary journey by owner Angela Manfredi is echoed by the rest of the dining room staff, including Ylenia's smile, who makes everything more enjoyable, and Chef Luigi Mazzei, who truly understands and caters to each guest's needs. But this is my experience; if you're in Catanzaro, you have to come and experience it for yourself.

We visited this beautiful restaurant, where tradition blends with culinary innovation. We found the staff to be very friendly. Ylenia, the dining room manager, helped us choose the daily menu. Everything was excellent, including the artisanal limoncello "Nàguccia," always recommended by Ylenia. It made for an unforgettable experience.

They're always doing new things, reinventing themselves and striving to consistently offer quality and refined flavors. Owner Angela continues the family tradition with determination and passion, despite the challenges caused by COVID. They've always offered excellent service, including home delivery. A guarantee. The carbonara with truffle cream is highly recommended. Mouth-watering.

I've known Trattoria Manfredi, Angela, and her family forever. You feel at home when you eat there. The food is excellent, the staff is polite, helpful, and never intrusive. Today they suggested I try the potato croquette with pistachio: truly delicious!
