13/06/2025: Simple place, super friendly staff, excellent dishes!

28/05/2025: I had already been to this restaurant and I had a great time. This evening I went back and unfortunately it was not up to par. Poor and uncommunicative service. Tuscan sliced ​​appetizer cut with the slicer and the burrata was little more than a cherry of mozzarella. The pasta was raw, the mussels were very small and without adequate hand towels, the spaghetti with clams and borage were something else compared to those served. The dessert was good. But the lack of attention to customers. I am very sorry but the rating for this dinner is not sufficient.

22/06/2025: The place is welcoming and well-kept, the staff is kind and always smiling. I highly recommend the Greek-style octopus: very tender and tasty, a real dish not to be missed. I will definitely be back!

12/06/2025: Romantic and chic place in the center of Rome. Always kind and friendly staff, they offered us a small plate of butter with bread to start. Everything is really good even if the quantity is obviously small and the prices are higher than average, but considering the place and the location I would say that they are in line with what is offered.

10/06/2025: The atmosphere is very romantic and let's say that it is the best thing about the place. The service is quite accurate. The food did not excite me, that is, the food is not bad at all but many dishes are quite banal, I would have expected more creativity while it was a very classic menu. The price paid is adequate for the very refined atmosphere but not for the dishes offered. I recommend it for a birthday or a romantic date but I would not go there again for the food.

07/06/2025: Very nice place a few kilometers from Rome. Surrounded by greenery. Everything is perfectly organized for a relaxing stay from the room to the pool. The food is also excellent if you want to use the restaurant of the inn, but only for lunch. For the evening there is still Orte and other neighboring towns a few kilometers away.

21/06/2025: We booked the day before, I received a message in which punctuality was kindly requested. When we arrived at the place they did not accompany me to the table but asked me to wait because in reality we realized that our table was not booked, but was occupied by another person who was finishing dinner; we were asked to wait ONLY (with an annoyed attitude and without apologizing) for the person to finish the coffee... at that point we left and we give you a piece of advice: you do not need to book!!!!

21/06/2025: I tried the take-out marinara. The dough is not bad and the cooking is just right, but unfortunately the topping leaves a bit to be desired. In my opinion, there is definitely too much tomato and the consistency is excessively liquid, so much so that it is difficult to eat the pizza without it falling apart. A pizza that in my opinion has potential, but that needs to be rebalanced a bit.

17/06/2025: Few restaurants in Turin take care of the details like their high-level location with a selected menu curated by experienced chefs. Excellent choice of wines. Friendly waiting staff always with a smile in particular Pasquale the manager kind person but above all prepared and welcoming. If you want to eat quality I highly recommend.

05/07/2025: If you don't look like you have money, you'll get a seat, but you won't be served particularly politely... A shame, because the expensive food tastes good... (Although we weren't allowed any oil or vinegar, so they probably didn't see us as the right customers.) Whether it's worth the money is something everyone who arrives here in the right "dress code" has to decide for themselves... The table next to us was at least heavily courted, but they also looked like it was still an opera ball.

23/06/2025: AWFUL EXPERIENCE DUE TO THE OUTRAGEOUS PRICE FOR THE SERVICE OFFERED! Totally unjustified price for the service offered… €120 for a beach umbrella and 2 sun loungers! The concrete strip on the rocks hosts just 20 beach umbrellas attached to each other, when they brought drinks to the guests of the beach umbrella next door they practically put them under my umbrella. To swim you have to dive from a ladder that is in the establishment next door (so you have to cross another beach) and to take a shower you have to go to the public beach on the opposite side (before midday you basically have to slalom between the bathers to take a shower), all this perhaps you can say is ok for the Amalfi coast and in part it is true, but not if I pay €60 per person!!! Plus the 15€ credit that obviously forces you to go to the restaurant unless you want to pay 45€ for a launch box that includes a water and a bruschetta of aubergines. The food in the restaurant is good, nothing to say, but honestly at least from my point of view, if I decide to go to the beach, I go for the beach not for the restaurant. Oh I forgot, if you come by land, you basically have to walk down from above Praiano!! Which involves something like 500 steps under the scorching sun. To conclude, the place is not bad and the staff very kind but the problem is the excessive price for a beach service that is practically non-existent, in fact, difficult! I saw the bathers of the public beach who were 5 meters away from me, they were bathing where I was and showering where I was and I felt like an idiot, because they had spent 0€ and I had spent 120€

13/06/2025: I have been going on holiday to Ischia for several years and Zio Peppe is a regular stop. This time I went there for both dinner and lunch. For dinner I ate a delicious risotto alla pescatora and for lunch an equally good pizza. The restaurant is always full of people and frequented by the inhabitants of Ischia for the excellent quality/price ratio. Simple and homely atmosphere where you can eat very well.

31/05/2025: Had a lovely meal at Zio Peppe, recommended by the hotel I was staying at. I had the gnocchi which was delicious - tons of food though, so much that I had to take half of it home! Very different from the size of the portions we get back home. Nice restaurant, old school homey family restaurant vibes. Great service.

12/06/2025: Pizza night with family. Delicious, tasty pizza! We had pre-booked so did not wait to be seated and the service was great! Definitely worth another visit!!
