We arrived just minutes before closing time on May 1st. Even though they were already clearing up and cleaning everything to close, with what little they had left, they still kindly made us two porchetta sandwiches and a Peroni to go. The sandwich was truly delicious, and their kindness and friendliness, even after a tiring day at work, allowed us to end a beautiful holiday on a high note. It's these little gestures that convince me I've come to the right place.

A typical Roman Castles fraschetta. The porchetta is excellent, the pasta dishes are tasty and plentiful. Dessert was on the house. Plus, it's right on the main square in Ariccia! The staff are efficient and super friendly. Recommended.

The dishes are typical and essentially good. The timing is reasonable. The portions, unfortunately, are very small. Not to be expected for a fraschetta, but perhaps my memories are still in the past.

We went there on Easter Monday with some friends, and despite the large crowd they had to manage, they were very efficient and professional, without making us wait, as one might expect on such a day.
The place is beautiful and well-kept, the atmosphere is friendly and clean.
The food? Spectacular!
Top value for money.
