08/04/2025: Osteria La Guercia in Pesaro is a real discovery! A welcoming environment with frescoed walls and an atmosphere that takes you back in time. We started with the croutons, fragrant and delicious, and a bean soup with pork rinds that was pure poetry. The lamb, very tender and tasty, was the absolute protagonist of the evening. And what about the house wine? Perfect to accompany every bite. An experience to be repeated, for those who love traditional cuisine and sincere hospitality!

Abbiamo ordinato 2 bruschette molto buone 2 spaghetti alle vongole che mi aspettavo più buone e per aver mangiato solo questo nn e che abbiamo speso così poco. Ci tornerò per assaggiare altri piatti perché nn mi ha convinto molto.

18/03/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant on the recommendation of friends. Excellent advice because we ate really well. To start we tried the complete appetizer, a combination of flavors and expertly presented. For the main course we chose: fillet of sea bass with vegetables and cream of potatoes with clams and grilled calamari with puntarelle and anchovy sauce, very tasty. A side dish of sautéed herbs, wine and a dessert with a bottle of bubbles from the Marche region complete the lunch for a cost of €50. The staff was friendly and attentive, always available to explain the dishes. The restaurant is well-kept and relaxing. Now all that remains is to return to try the first courses too.

11/02/2025: Stopped in for lunch as I was working in the area. Very nice place, in the center, near the theater square. Rustic but refined furnishings, we had two first courses and two second courses, specifically pici cacio e pepe and tagliatelle with meat sauce. Excellent homemade pasta. As a second course we had the grilled pork fillet with a side of vegetables. Everything was delicious, fast service and friendly staff. The price is also good, 52 euros for two including water, wine, coffee and grappa. I don't give 5 stars just because there are no starters on the menu.

22/03/2025: I came here with friends for lunch on a Wednesday in February following our favorite team that was playing away in Urbania. The conclusion was a victory on the field, but above all we found a wonderful place where we will definitely return to eat! Doddo and his family were fantastic, very welcoming and nice, they made us feel at home. We started with the crostolo (delicious) with sliced ​​meats, cheeses and local cured meats that were truly amazing and then continued with the first courses that were truly super! I had the ravioli alla Doddo (highly recommended with the truffle that gives it an extra boost) and the passatelli with sausage and mushrooms and then continued with mixed grill, guinea fowl and as the dish of the day the stracotto that literally melted in the mouth!! At the end of the meal we were so full and satisfied that there was no room for dessert... truly an extra excuse to come back! The bill was in line with expectations and we left happy and satisfied!! Rating 5/5

Presentazione del menù in una lavagna scritta a mano, sicuramente non comodo per lo staff da spostare in ogni tavolo, ma il senso che vuole dare è di assoluta cura del cliente. Cibi tradizionali molto gustosi e la presenza costante dell'oste, il famoso Doddo, che con la sua cortesia ed interesse, si assicura che tutto vada per il meglio. Quando ripasseremo dalle bellissime marche,non mancheremo di tornare a trovarvi. Continuate così...

16/03/2025: During my dinner at Dalla Gioconda in Gabicce Monte I appreciated every detail, starting from the terrace with a breathtaking view of the coast, especially at sunset when the sea is tinged with spectacular reflections. The cuisine is a perfect balance between simplicity and research: the “Zuppiera”, an iconic dish of the restaurant, and the grilled amberjack, a seafood “braciola” so good that I will have to eat it again. The environment is elegant but relaxed, with attentive service and a very rich cellar. An experience curated from start to finish.

14/01/2025: Before leaving a review I waited to come several times so as not to be influenced by the quality of the products served which is and remains unquestionably of a high standard. I can't get 5 stars for only one reason: the staff is too inexperienced and/or clumsy. Maybe it's bad luck but every time I come there's an absurd mess, certainly the fact that the place attracts so many people doesn't help these guys... And a smile wouldn't be a bad thing every now and then (maybe it's my ugly face :P). However, apart from this, the pastry department is over the top! Recommended, hoping you are luckier than me CORRECTION AFTER 2 YEARS: the guys behind the counter have significantly improved their approach to customers✌🏻Maybe they were beginners at the time, but now the service is also excellent and courteous.
