I recommend the tagliatelle with black truffle, sliced ​​truffle! Not just the usual dusting! The dish was delicious, like the tagliatelle alla boscaiola. I also recommend the homemade desserts. I had the panna cotta, tiramisu, and fabulous hazelnut and pistachio Bavarian cream. To finish, a caffè corretto (a coffee with a touch of the typical Marche liqueur "varnelli")—those who haven't tried it are truly missing out. The prices are average, and in my opinion, they're good for the quality and deliciousness of the food served and the service provided, even when the place was packed. I'll definitely be back, and I'll update the review with photos when I get there. I forgot to mention that it's kid-friendly, dog-friendly, and has ample, convenient parking.

18/02/2026: 150 meters from here, on the shoreline where the Adriatic meets Marotta, a small wader—a solitary Kentish Plover—waddles across the sand, searching for good food. We, a short distance away, have already found our "nourishment" at the "Il Gabbiano" restaurant, in this seaside town halfway between Fano and Senigallia. A bright veranda welcomes us, but we choose a table in the spacious dining room. The service is quick and attentive, the atmosphere pleasant and simple. Upon entering, we glimpsed generous dishes and ordered accordingly. The approach proved to be the right one. Here, pleasure and goodness happily combine in beautiful and appetizing quantities! We ordered spaghetti with seafood and fried mixed seafood. The former was well-executed and released the ancestral aromas we had hoped for onto the table. Delicious and very filling. The second arrived later (after we'd already enjoyed the first), savory, hot, and inviting. Delicious and light, in its crispy batter (but not overpowering, especially on fish with bones) and cooked in oil with no unpleasant aftertaste...from "wear and tear." We had a great time at a truly affordable price, concluding our "trip" with a stroll along the long Marotta beach. (Which requires some effort, looking for the underpass over the railway, which runs very close to the water here.)

Being an osteria, I expected the portions to be a bit larger. A first course and two second courses cost €60, and we left feeling hungry.

30/09/2025: A lovely hotel right in the Furlo Gorge, surrounded by beautiful nature. Clean, comfortable rooms, and excellent service. A buffet breakfast is served, and the staff are always ready to accommodate any request. There's also a large garden with a pool. Highly recommended, we'll be back.
