14/01/2026: I asked to add caramel to my iced latte, even if it cost extra. The barista replied that she couldn't do it because "the recipes are fixed and can't be changed." Honestly, it makes no sense. It's normal to customize a coffee in any bar, especially if the customer pays more. Here, however, there's total inflexibility, no valid explanations, and an unhelpful attitude. If you can't even add caramel to a coffee, maybe the problem isn't the recipe but the service. I won't be back.

Initiatives like last night's—the paella dinner—can represent an interesting opportunity, but if the outcome leaves many dissatisfied, the risk is that it will convey a less than positive image. Also considering that the price wasn't exactly reasonable, it would be wise to better evaluate the organization and value for money.

04/11/2025: Terrible service. We went to Halloween dinner with a couple of friends for the set menu we'd read about online. For starters, we were told over the phone when we booked that the evening was almost sold out, but instead we found the restaurant completely empty except for two tables occupied by staff. Furthermore, not only was the place cold and unheated, but the menu they actually offered us was completely different. Despite this, the food was quite good, the portions generous, but nothing exceptional, and the staff left much to be desired. A real shame because the location is charming.

02/06/2026: The facility was clean and tidy, and the room met my expectations for a three-star hotel. Traveling by motorcycle, I didn't have any particular expectations: I was simply looking for a comfortable place to sleep and an adequate half-board option. Unfortunately, some aspects didn't meet my expectations. The half-board option seemed rather repetitive: for two consecutive nights, the first course was essentially the same, with the only options being ragù or mushrooms. On the third night, the menu featured penne all'arrabbiata, with the only option being pasta with tomato sauce for those who didn't like spicy food. After three days, I would have expected a slightly more varied and carefully prepared menu. Even the desserts served at dinner were the same ones I found at breakfast the next morning. The bread was fresh on the first day... after three days, less so. Overall, breakfast was rather basic, and the coffee could definitely be improved. More than the variety, however, I was impressed by the buffet management: both drinks and food were displayed very sparingly. To get a simple glass of water, I had to get up, walk to the buffet, and help myself from the only available bottle; when I asked if I could bring it to my table, I was told it would be charged. Even for some breakfast items, I often had to wait for them to be re-displayed, forcing me to move around the table several times, not to get something extra, but simply to finish my breakfast. Another negative aspect concerns the Wi-Fi. The property is located in a mountainous area where cell phone coverage is already quite limited, and for this reason, an efficient internet service would be particularly important. Although Wi-Fi is available, during my stay I found it completely inadequate and difficult to use. Considering my three-night half-board stay, I wasn't expecting any special treatment, but a little more attention to guests would have been appreciated. This isn't a single serious issue, but rather a number of small things that, when combined, made the overall experience disappointing. In short, a clean and tidy establishment, but the service, food, and customer service, in my opinion, could be significantly improved. For this reason, I'm unlikely to return.

02/06/2026: A decidedly disappointing experience in almost every respect. From the moment we arrived, there were obvious signs of a lack of attention: the table still had crumbs left by previous customers, a detail that doesn't convey particular care or attention to hygiene and the room's preparation. The ordering process was confusing from the start. The dishes arrived haphazardly and at different times, to the point that some diners had already finished their meals while others hadn't yet been served. In one case, an additional plate was even delivered to complete a dish already served because part of the preparation had been forgotten. The situation worsened further with the main courses: after a long wait and several requests for clarification, we were informed that our orders were delayed due to a mix-up between tables. Meanwhile, several waiters kept asking us if everything was okay or if we wanted to order dessert, even though we hadn't yet received all our dishes. This highlighted a complete lack of coordination and communication among the wait staff. Other minor incidents also contributed to the overall impression of disorganization: for example, the cutlery change was only performed for a few diners and then stopped without explanation. Regarding the cuisine, the quality of the dishes did not appear to be up to expectations or consistent with the price tag. Some dishes were poorly crafted and generally lacked the qualities to justify their price. A particularly worrying aspect made the experience even more negative. During the evening, my companion experienced nausea followed by diarrhea, while I also experienced significant digestive difficulties (a rather unusual occurrence for me). While I cannot definitively determine the cause of these complaints, I subsequently read several recent reviews from other customers reporting similar experiences. This coincidence is sufficient to raise more than a few concerns and raise serious doubts about the attention paid to the quality and preservation of raw materials. In conclusion, I found the service seriously inadequate, characterized by inattention, poor organization, and numerous errors in the management of the dining room. Considering the quality of the dishes, I would not recommend this restaurant.

31/05/2026: We made a reservation for three people, two adults and a child, at 8:00 PM. We ordered penne with tomato sauce and two chitarrine with clams. At 8:45 PM, we asked how our order was going and they told us it hadn't been sent out at all due to a printer blockage. They were sending the order back to the kitchen, and in 10 minutes we would have everything. However, the orders for other tables arrived without a hitch because we saw tables that arrived after us eating. After much urging and laughter from the waiters, we left at 9:20 PM without eating...

26/06/2026: A great place for a quiet, leisurely meal and chat with friends. The prices are reasonable (pizzas are around 9-11 euros). I had a steak for 20 euros. Comfortable chairs and tables. Nice view. The guy who took our order was a nice guy, a very pleasant experience.

13/06/2026: I was in Pesaro for work and the food was really good and the quality was excellent. The waiters were helpful and very kind, Nicola, a professional.

15/03/2026: A very convenient hotel for those who want to ski, just steps from the Le Buse ski lift and the ski rental shop. The pool, with a hot tub, is new and very clean. The service is excellent, as is the food. Also recommended for families with small children.

31/01/2026: A unique place with an interesting menu that's a departure from the usual offerings. The main course, the pita (160 grams), is tasty and full of seasonal produce. The staff are also friendly and helpful. They also offer a great selection of burgers with various fried foods. You can sit inside or outside; since the management changed, it's always better. For those in Pesaro near the station, this place offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, even during the cold and rainy weather. Considering they're open late, I'd give my all for a very versatile and complete culinary experience. Thanks to the new management for taking such an intimate place into consideration. Of course, everything is homemade; definitely a place to trust.

19/09/2025: Run by friendly and efficient young people. Inside the bar, you'll find board games, books, a pool table, and even darts...as for the food, it's excellent quality and has a wide selection. The drinks here are also top-notch, and the beers are simply the best you'll find in the area.

29/10/2025: The pizza was disappointing; the dough was heavy and almost unleavened. The mozzarella was too much, probably just to cover the rest. Service was slow, despite there being only a few tables. I won't be returning.

10/09/2025: The staff is very friendly and available to answer any questions... soft music accompanies the meal... a refined atmosphere... very good pizza, as is everything else on the menu. Also recommended for those just passing through and not staying at the hotel!

01/05/2026: Terrible experience with disorganized and deceitful staff, I ran away. The reservation wasn't listed inside, and they wanted to put me at a dilapidated table outside, so I left.
