04/04/2025: We went on Sunday 30/03/2025, we ordered two piadinas, we waited 60 minutes, .. (they had forgotten to send the order to the kitchen) after being notified of the missed order.. we got up to leave, the owner's brother (a very rude person!!!) literally told us to get out of the way...! Even with aggressive ways!!! I don't recommend it!!!!! AWESOME experience!!!

01/06/2025: Do una stella perché meno non si può. Tempi di attesa biblici. Abbiamo dovuto rincorrere la cameriera per poter sederci ad un tavolo e prendere l'ordinazione. Il pezzo forte arriva al momento del pagamento. COPERTO PAGATO PER UN BAMBINO DI 10 MESI IL QUALE NON HA MANGIATO NE BEVUTO. al momento della richiesta di spiegazioni mi è stato detto che pagava perché ha dovuto mettere la tovaglia anche per lui. (Di carta oltretutto) Ma facciamo davvero??? FOLLIA PURE. MAI PIÙ. 18/05/2025: We came again today to eat at Colombari because here we find the genuineness of the country inn, the homemade pasta and bread, the vegetables from the garden only in season, the free-range chicken that scratches in the yard. Here you can breathe the true country atmosphere. That's why we love coming here.

It is useless to detail the reasons for this failure, you will find them condensed in all the other negative reviews that accompany the restaurant and which I fully agree with. You should have the dignity but above all the clarity (difficult to find when you end up managing a place alone...) to close, and perhaps sell to enthusiastic, kind and professional young people. Having lunch with all the tension (the table next to us is bordering on arguing just to have some bread on the table...), the aggressiveness and rudeness of the manager is the last thing you could want when you go out... A pitiful veil on the price/quality ratio: a mixed plate of cold cuts and cheeses for 2 which did not reach a total of 100 grams of food at €15...

25/05/2025: Pizza di bassa qualità antipasto mediocre e scarso sia in termini quantitativi che qualitativi. Grigliata con pesce non eviscerato. Unico piatto accettabile i passatelli vongole e gamberi. Non ci torneremo più.

06/04/2025: Abbiamo prenotato il giorno prima consapevoli della notorietà del locale, ma arrivati sul posto la nostra prenotazione nei vari fogli in mano all'addetto non risultava! Alla fine ci viene dato un tavolo ma non si è capito poi se la prenotazione risultava. Ci sediamo alle 12,15 alle 12,20 ( dopo le richieste di 2 camerieri ) ordiniamo. Alle 12,25 arrivano i primi, alle 12,45 arrivano i secondi e i contorni. Alle 13,15 ordiniamo caffè e amari, ma prima arriva il cameriere con il conto pregandoci di liberare il tavolo. Alle 13,35 ci alziamo e scendiamo x pagare dove già aspettavano altre persone x prendere il nostro tavolo. Il cibo è buono, il prezzo giusto x il resto........

By prior agreement with the venue we established a menu with food and drinks to which you could make changes and additions according to a clear and precise price list. I really appreciated the well-kept, particular but elegant rooms with the classic exposed brick. The availability, care of the service and kindness of the staff were impeccable. Really good cold cuts! Right portions for an aperitif! Thank you

30/04/2025: Ieri sera siamo stati a cena con la mia famiglia in un ristorante davvero incantevole, e ne siamo rimasti semplicemente a bocca aperta. Ogni piatto, dagli antipasti al dolce, era un omaggio raffinato e creativo al tartufo: sapori equilibrati, presentazioni curate, ingredienti di altissima qualità. Il dolce al tartufo, in particolare, è stato una sorprendente delizia che ha chiuso perfettamente il percorso gastronomico. Un ringraziamento speciale va al bravissimo chef Riccardo, che ci ha coccolato con il suo sorriso e la sua passione, proponendoci personalmente un menù perfettamente studiato. Ogni portata era realizzata con maestria e professionalità. Che dire... chef, meriti non 5, ma 10 stelle! Torneremo sicuramente.

06/04/2025: Locale molto carino, personale gentilissimo e preparato, ragazzi giovani che amano il proprio lavoro. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, il piatto e’ curato in ogni dettaglio...e’ stata davvero una piacevole scoperta! Bravi!!!
