Piadineria Bibi BIBI’s In Mondolfo

We visited Bibi several times during our stay, and every experience was very positive. For lunch, we had the opportunity to try an excellent first course and some truly well-made fried foods, tasty and carefully prepared. We then returned in the evening to try the piadinas, which were very good and well-filled. We particularly appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, always kind and attentive. Another aspect worth highlighting is the value for money: the portions, quality, and service are absolutely in line with the offerings. A simple, welcoming place with a menu that convinced us both for lunch and dinner. Congratulations to all the staff, we will gladly return.

I came back last night, as I have been doing for the past seven years... It never disappoints. The best flaky piadina I've ever tasted, rich and tasty. I recommend it.

We stopped at this piadina shop after reading some positive reviews. I can confirm that the piadina is truly delicious, with an excellent selection of toppings. The service needs to be reviewed...we ate without a placemat and had to ask for napkins. Bottled and canned drinks are available, and there are no dispensers.

We've been traveling 40 km for 15 years just to eat your flaky piadina. Truly exceptional! Highly recommended.
