06/01/2025: We were with the children on the day of Ferragosto, pools of various heights and slides for everyone, including adults. There is a hot tub. Good lunch and present service. The labyrinth and the games could use some tidying up, but in the summer the priority is the pools. Recommended.

10/10/2024: The road to get there isn't the best: an off-road vehicle wouldn't hurt. 😀 On the other hand, the food is worth it: the tagliatelle with both the ragù and the porcini mushrooms are very good and the grilled meat is also excellent (especially the slice of veal, tender and cooked just right). 19/12/2024: I'm giving one star only because you can't give less; I think you should be absolutely ashamed of the fact that you have NOTHING without gluten. I went to a buffet organized by you and when I asked if I could eat something as I was gluten intolerant they told me I couldn't eat anything. You should just feel ashamed because it really doesn't take anything to put even just some separately packaged pasta or rice salad, what I found from you is just indifference towards those who suffer from this intolerance and a total lack of respect towards us because it is ABSOLUTELY not pleasant or right to hear: "No you can't eat" while everyone around you is eating. there is something called "inclusivity" and maybe you should practice it. I hope for a response to this review because it really isn't possible that this happens at every event where there is a buffet.

06/03/2025: We stopped for an aperitif while waiting for dinner, 2 proseccos and a piece of pizza, 20 euros, very high prices, you can charge 6 euros for a small pizza with scandalous accompaniment.

20/02/2025: La posizione lo rende prezioso. siamo di fatto attaccati al Palazzo Ducale per cui.. di cosa parliamo! per il resto, buona la pasticceria, sufficiente il servizio. Arredo sicuramente vetusto con interni bisognosi di restauro.

23/09/2024: I went to the pizzeria to order a pizza and then eat it outside the restaurant. The owner, even though it was 9.15pm and Google says the closing time is 10pm, decided to turn off the lights in the place and close it, leaving me in the dark during dinner. Furthermore, I think that the pizza is not very good and above all small in size.

09/11/2024: Regular customer of this place, living nearby. The pieces are all very good, sweet and savory, nothing to say about this. The problem lies in the service: disastrous. The sales assistants are always nervous, even with few customers; they run behind the counter often getting angry with each other in front of customers. The way of paying is arbitrary: some mornings you pay after consuming (as in most places in the city), other mornings you are asked to get the receipt first (but this is said AFTER you have already chosen the piece to eat, which is therefore put "in the queue" near the cash register). Total confusion, queues at the checkout. Honestly, it is also not very pleasant to see one of the owners sitting at the tables talking to her friends when help would be needed behind the counter. That's not how it goes. Sorry, but once you reach these levels you have to leave room for those who have courtesy, spirit and desire to do things.

30/10/2024: Absolutely negative experience. Unfortunately, the high quality of the raw materials used takes second place, what we were most impressed with were the rude ways of the staff. Unfortunately it's really true, a smile is worth much more than a thousand words, here you won't find any smiles, much less politeness and kindness from tired and brutalized shop assistants.. The time has probably come to make room for young people if you no longer have the enthusiasm to be behind a counter. We absolutely do not recommend
