26/09/2024: Sono stata a cena con la mia famiglia per mangiare un po' di carne alla brace e purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata negativa. Il servizio molto lento, nonostante fossimo arrivati molto presto e ancora il locale non era pieno, le cameriere poco professionali e la mancanza di organizzazione in generale ci hanno decisamente deluso. Inoltre per quello che abbiamo mangiato riteniamo molto alto il prezzo della cena. Non sono solita scrivere recensioni negative, ma spero che questa, come le molte altre già scritte dai vostri clienti precedenti, possano far rivalutare alla proprietà certi aspetti.

14/03/2025: Despite the terrible reviews, we stopped for a snack break. We tasted some savory dishes (like Salento pucce), two pasticciotti and coffee. Everything phenomenal. Courteous waiters!

05/03/2025: I had the displeasure of stopping at the Caffè Ducale in the square in Pesaro and, unfortunately, I have to express an extremely negative evaluation for the poor quality of the service received. The location of the restaurant is undoubtedly splendid, but the professionalism of the staff leaves much to be desired. We ordered two slices of pizza and two spritzes, for a total of €19.30, but unfortunately both spritzes were practically undrinkable. We brought them back to the cashier in one piece, expecting some reaction or question from the waiter, but nothing. When we pointed out that the drinks were not good, we were told that they had run out of prosecco wine, without even apologizing for the inconvenience. Contrary to what we would have expected, no remedy was offered and we were charged the full amount without any consideration for the poor quality of the drinks. The lack of professionalism and customer care was evident - we will not return again. A real shame for such a privileged position. Avoid like the plague.

09/03/2025: Premetto che il titolare ha una passione immensa e questo si vede su tutto il personale, location veramente bella, posto in mezzo ai colli Pesaresi e molto riservato. Eravamo in 4 e abbiamo speso 2906,la qualità e il servizio non motivano la spesa, ma soprattutto l'assenza del menù cartaceo e quindi il fatto che non sai i prezzi di quello che mangi nel 2025 è molto scorretto. Il cibo è buono, nulla da dire, ma siamo in un'osteria e le porzioni sono molto piccole per quello che paghi Purtroppo non credo che tornerò

16/02/2025: È un luogo speciale dove torno spesso, è un posto dove la cura per le cose, per il cibo e per le persone si percepisce subito dai piccoli dettagli. Ci sono stata a pranzo e a cena diverse volte e ogni volta ne esco entusiasta come la prima volta.

22/02/2025: Let me start by saying that the place was empty. I go in and wait more than 5 minutes without being served. Then I call a woman from the staff (the plumper one) and she says to me: but if you don't call me I won't come. Of course I'm there making a beautiful statuette. Rude at best, I regretted having taken the pastries, I had to pay for them and leave them for the waitress (the plump one). I will never go back again.

13/03/2025: the worst pizza in Italy, you can't even call it "PIZZA", the Caprese had no sauce, the surface was very crumbly and dry, of the poorest quality, everything was flavored, the ingredients were wasted, it was very cold. Shame on you. This is how the guests who come to this pizzeria play, NOT 😐 I RECOMMEND GOING

24/03/2025: HORRIBLE. My daughter just got back from a school trip. Terrible experience. Ugly and dilapidated structure and very poor quality food. Old and uncomfortable beds. The worst thing is that, along with many other kids, they were victims of thefts of many personal items: chargers, earrings, glasses and much more. Some items eventually came out but others did not and we do not know who to blame for these thefts. Absurd.

14/03/2025: All in all nice hotel. I came with the school. The old part (don't trust the reviews that say about bizarre insects) was 2 stars, given that the door handle was broken and the sink was a little crooked, while the new part was 4, even though I didn't sleep there. The breakfast buffet had a wide choice of foods: the croissants were a hit and were excellent. The dinner consisted of first course, second course, side dish and dessert. At times delicious, at others not at all. Quiet location.

10/02/2025: Per carità, Non si respira più il clima e l’atmosfera di una volta, Su 14 pizze 4 sbagliate, camerieri in sala poco professionali a partire dalla responsabile bionda…. Conosciamo il posto, perché siamo clienti da un bel po’ di anni, ma negli ultimi periodi ha perso di qualità sia di curare il cliente sia di staff… Una margherita non troppo cotta ed è arrivata bruciata. Una pizza al salamino a una persona incinta, è arrivata più di una diavola come pizza… Un ripieno fritto i ciclioli erano neri… Una pizza con mozzarella di bufala e prosciutto crudo a parte… è arrivata solo la pizza e avendo chiesto più volte già il prosciutto crudo da portare a parte non è mai arrivato dopo mezz’ora la pizza mangia bene abbiamo mandato tutto indietro… Non c’è stato fatto nello scontrino e neanche fatto vedere che le pizze sono state tolte dal conto niente… Penso che non c’è una cosa brutta da imprenditore da fare preferenze per il cliente i soldi sono tutti uguali

28/12/2024: Abbiamo mangiato pizza e lo abbiamo fatto a rate: il servizio è stato talmente lento che quando metà tavolo ha ricevuto le ultime pizze l’altra metà aveva già finito di mangiare. Ci può stare in una serata di pienone ma il pizzaiolo sfornava l’asporto quando ancora non aveva finito di impastare per il tavolo quindi mi sembra disorganizzazione. La lentezza ha poi avuto conferma sul caffè e sorbetto che hanno avuto lo stesso epilogo delle pizze

14/03/2025: Ho ordinato tantissime volte la pizza in questa pizzeria e puntualmente la consegna è sempre e dico sempre in ritardo, minimo di 45 minuti. Una volta può capitare, due volte può capitare ma 10 volte su 10 significa che è proprio un vizio, e’ inutile offrire un servizio se non si è in grado di rispettarlo.

14/03/2025: Non ordinare mai d'asporto perché non rispetteranno mai gli orari. Se non sapete essere puntuali togliete il servizio perché non ha alcun senso ordinare alle 20 e mangiare se va bene 1 ora dopo. Da quello che leggo non sono la prima persona che si lamenta. Peccato mai più!

18/01/2025: Non è stata una scelta ma una necessità visto che siamo arrivati ad ora di cena a Urbino e questo era il ristorante dell’hotel presso cui alloggiavamo. Abbiamo preso un fritto tra gli antipasti, scarso e non particolarmente gustoso. I passatelli in brodo che ha preso mio marito non sono piaciuti, sembravano cotti poco. Le mie verdure ripassate sembravano un cubetto di spinaci scongelati e passati con burro e aglio. Il pane non era lievitato bene e quando lo abbiamo segnalato effettivamente hanno riscontrato che era così ma ci hanno detto che di solito ricevono complimenti per il pane, evidentemente non in questo caso… Esperienza da dimenticare…

20/10/2024: I went for an aperitif in this place which, in addition to ice cream, also serves alcohol. I wanted to try the "Super Heineken", a specialty that I haven't seen anywhere else. It's basically a bottle of Heineken beer opened and thrown into a drink based on vodka and blue curaçao. Unexpectedly good, but you have to have the guts to handle it. Recommended for heavy drinkers.

16/10/2024: Ottimo gelato. Da apprezzare la particolare attenzione all'igiene dato che utilizzano il cono già avvolto nella carta.

04/04/2025: Breakfast. Everything OK. But the lady is allergic to paying by credit card, but not who knows why... . I had to insist. Among other things, you have to wait until you finish chatting to be served. Excellent pasta, terrible service.

03/01/2025: Terrible welcome, coffee machine with crusted milk wand and the coffee was served to me with a dirty spoon. I'd say this is enough without me continuing...
