14/03/2025: Non ordinare mai d'asporto perché non rispetteranno mai gli orari.
Se non sapete essere puntuali togliete il servizio perché non ha alcun senso ordinare alle 20 e mangiare se va bene 1 ora dopo.
Da quello che leggo non sono la prima persona che si lamenta.
Peccato mai più!

23/05/2025: 3 star hotel 10 minutes from the center of Urbino we stayed 2 nights with a wonderbox gift box excellent dinners and excellent breakfasts clean room and good staff I recommend it

1 very small bag of 30g Chips per table.
06/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale per un pranzo veloce. Abbiamo preso 3 piadine...pessime, non avevano niente a che vedere con la piadina, l'impasto si sbriciolava ed era insapore. La mozzarella all'interno era compatta, non sono state nemmeno scaldate bene. Tavolini esterni piccolini e scomodi, oltre che sporchi.
Bagni sporchi.
Prezzi alti per il servizio e la qualità offerti.

03/05/2025: I went for lunch. Nothing exceptional. Big flaw: they don't accept dogs, if I had known before I wouldn't have gone. They aren't even that nice I would say... given the way and tone with which I was scolded for my dog: Medium size, calm, silent. Dog-loving owners stay away from this restaurant!
13/03/2025: the worst pizza in Italy, you can't even call it "PIZZA", the Caprese had no sauce, the surface was very crumbly and dry, of the poorest quality, everything was flavored, the ingredients were wasted, it was very cold. Shame on you. This is how the guests who come to this pizzeria play, NOT 😐 I RECOMMEND GOING

30/04/2025: 25 April Eddie n questo ristorante ci siamo trovati molto bene, menu ampio e curato, porzioni abbondanti, bambini fino a 19 anni un primo e dolce gratis, servizio veloce nonostante il pienone, ci siamo trovati molto bene!
26/04/2025: Sio stati con amici a pranzo. Struttura BASIC ma ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Nonostante fosse piena la sala si riusciva a colloquiare bene al nostro tavolo.

18/01/2025: Non è stata una scelta ma una necessità visto che siamo arrivati ad ora di cena a Urbino e questo era il ristorante dell’hotel presso cui alloggiavamo.
Abbiamo preso un fritto tra gli antipasti, scarso e non particolarmente gustoso.
I passatelli in brodo che ha preso mio marito non sono piaciuti, sembravano cotti poco.
Le mie verdure ripassate sembravano un cubetto di spinaci scongelati e passati con burro e aglio.
Il pane non era lievitato bene e quando lo abbiamo segnalato effettivamente hanno riscontrato che era così ma ci hanno detto che di solito ricevono complimenti per il pane, evidentemente non in questo caso…
Esperienza da dimenticare…

06/01/2025: We were with the children on the day of Ferragosto, pools of various heights and slides for everyone, including adults. There is a hot tub. Good lunch and present service. The labyrinth and the games could use some tidying up, but in the summer the priority is the pools. Recommended.

05/05/2025: Ci siamo fermati per mangiare qualcosa: la pasta era quasi immangiabile! Dalla cottura al sugo, era tutto peggio dei piatti surgelati che trovi al supermercato; senza parlare del prezzo ( 13€) non giustificato né per la quantità ( poca) né per la qualità. La location è splendida ma non mangiate al bistrot e casualmente anche la mia collega proprio in questi giorni ha avuto un' esperienza analoga.
25/04/2025: A truly enchanting place, with a splendid view of the lake and a modern and welcoming atmosphere.
We stopped for an aperitif and the environment was very relaxed and peaceful.

09/04/2025: We had 2 orange juices, served hot with a plastic straw already placed in the glass. Considering that we were sitting in folding plastic chairs and the service was normal, the price of 5 euros per juice cannot be justified.
11/03/2025: Pleasantly surprised by the modern and welcoming environment. Absolutely inviting showcase and excellent food, internal room and external tables. I believe there is also the possibility of having lunch, given the list of first and second courses displayed outside. Immersed in the historic center, behind the cathedral one step away from the main street...

22/05/2025: Terrible experience, they came in even though I had said hello, the lady looked at me and said tell me?! I asked her for a cappuccino and she was very annoyed and prepared it and put it on the counter with only the coffee, I looked at her and while I was about to ask, she said yes, here it works like this, I was shocked by the ways and rudeness of this lady. I will never go back there again..

I asked her for a juice and she told me she didn't make them, with the juicer under her nose, I probably interrupted her while she was chatting with 2 other people, and after telling me no, she comfortably resumed chatting.
Before serving you 10 minutes pass and then they ask you what you want as if it were a problem.
We don't talk about paying, it's a problem every time! Even just for a coffee and a croissant!
Unfortunately it is the only bar under the specialist center so post analysis is convenient, just for that, but every time I go the experience is always the same. Avoid!
