Senza infamia e senza lode. Il passa parola che ci era giunto all'orecchio lo descriveva come un ristorante sicuramente migliore. Qualche "cortina fumogena" sulla proposizione di pietanze e vini che poi, al contrario, rientrano nella norma media del cibo. Da apprezzare comunque la dedizione del proprietario.

Excellent experience, delicious food. Very very nice place, the owner very knowledgeable and friendly. Fresh food, all homemade and cooked with great skill. I will definitely return as soon as possible and I highly recommend it to everyone!!

Pleasant surprise in the Marche mountains between Mount Petranno and Catria, in Cantiano: we ate an excellent picanha with chimichurri sauce and tagliatelle with duck sauce. Everything special! Simplicity and authenticity!

Tutto stre-pi-to-so! Capitati per caso oggi, abbiamo avuto l’onore io e mio marito, di assaporare e gustare dei piatti top! Dai primi alla guancia di vitello apocalittica! Il proprietario Angelo super cortese e gentile! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

05/04/2024: Found by chance... pleasant surprise! Informal place, kind, friendly and helpful staff, family atmosphere where I immediately felt at ease. For the menu I left it up to them and they let me taste: sliced ​​loin that melted in my mouth; excellent lamb accompanied by artichokes; a good and particular rib cooked at low temperature seasoned with a spicy sauce and accompanied by roast potatoes; tasty radicchio with cheese; a good glass of red wine (only one glass because I was on a motorbike 😅), finally coffee and barricaded grappa. The portions are generous, but if you can't finish them they give you the "dogy bag". Definitely a "comfort zone" where you can eat excellent food in a family environment.
01/04/2024: excellent typical local restaurant in the middle of a magnificent forest at about 800 meters above sea level. excellent first courses with mushrooms, game and other traditional condiments, excellent meat. Truffles are also in season. particular mention for the pappardelle with wild boar. very generous portions. own production of excellent cured meats which can also be purchased. always crowded on weekends but also on weekdays. obligatory to book well in advance on weekends, advisable also on weekdays.
