02/09/2025: Our dear friends took us to this lovely pizzeria, with a very friendly atmosphere and delicious pizzas. The pizza I ordered, highly recommended by friends and even by the owner, was truly delicious—she explains well that it rightfully won an award; I'm happy I was able to try it. Even my husband, who is very skeptical of "thick" pizza, being Roman, really appreciated the crispiness, fragrance, and lightness of the dough. Highly recommended, especially for those who think pizza is heavy—it will change their mind.

09/07/2025: We had pizza, but the restaurant also offers a good selection of dishes, a well-stocked wine cellar, new spaces, and a very attractive presentation. It's a clear improvement over the previous restaurant. The pizza was very good, and we'll definitely be back.

16/08/2025: I'm absolutely shocked that, after paying €80.50, I wanted to take away my bottle of water, but was prevented from doing so because the restaurant charged for empty bottles. I'm disgusted by such lack of professionalism. And the look from the waiter, who looked at me like a poor wretch because I wanted the bottle I'd paid for, really made me sick. 25/08/2025: A traditional restaurant serving Umbrian-Marche cuisine. Good quality and generous portions. I really enjoyed the strozzapreti alla Fornarina (cherry tomatoes, a little garlic, arugula, and a little chili pepper) and the porchettato rabbit (not deboned, but seasoned rabbit pieces like porchetta). Black truffle is also available upon request, but they don't add it to any of the dishes on the menu; you have to order a dish to be seasoned with truffle alone. It was the best restaurant I ate at in Urbino.

27/06/2025: In San Costanzo a magic that has lasted since 1972. At Rolando Ramoscelli (dialect cuisine) you will find "the flavors of our home". A totem, a guarantee of good food that is perpetuated in an intimate and familiar environment. Rolando lives the seasonality of raw materials, from truffles to mushrooms, from meats to vegetables. And then an infinite space would be needed to talk about tagliatelle with the ragù of the past or ravioli with truffles and also the fabulous pasticciata and the disturbing stuffed guinea fowl. We should even talk about the precious appetizers as well as the desserts at the end of the race. But above all there is Him, Rolando, stainless to the law of eternal time like the verses of a poem!

07/06/2025: Spectacular burgers like ribeye and chicken wings, the desserts are delicious, especially the Nutella cheesecake. The waitresses are very kind and always available despite the crowded restaurant. The outdoor tables are beautiful and the inside is also very welcoming. Excellent value for money, truly fantastic!

Aperitivo sfizioso..tagliere variegato di ottimi affettati e formaggi..vino gradevole.. La gentilezza è il marchio di questo posto.. Abbiamo fatto bene a provarlo! Esperienza gradita.. Ci torneremo!

10/08/2025: New management and... a truly positive experience! The sandwiches were very good. So were the beers. The staff were courteous and super helpful. The atmosphere was also family-friendly. Outdoor space in the summer, both covered and uncovered. Convenient for parking, as it's right behind the train station. Well done, keep it up.
