22/05/2025: I tried this pizzeria for the first time a few days ago and I was speechless, super light and tasty pizza! They provide a great variety of quality products but above all fresh. (Pizza by the plate and by the slice of every taste, piadina, fried food and cascioni) Also clean place, helpfulness and kindness of all the staff! Congratulations I will definitely return

08/05/2025: I can only give 5 stars but I would give 10! we had to stay one night and we stayed (unfortunately only) two :)) We felt at home, very kind gentlemen, in a fairytale place with an incredible view that put us back into the world. Perfectly clean bathrooms with hot showers.

19/02/2025: NEW MANAGEMENT, young and modern. Also open on Sunday mornings and every afternoon from 4.30pm onwards, with a small delightful outdoor space. The products ranging from sweet to savory (they also have porchetta) are excellent and the display case is absolutely inviting. Onion pizza is my favorite!!!

12/05/2025: Found it by chance, during a stop on our camper trip, and I must say that never was a more appropriate choice!! Starting from a fantastic menu of well-appreciated local fish, selection of excellent wines and true and authentic flavours. Attentive and discreet staff, and finally, a fabulous view! The food is really good, rich in both taste and quantity and the prices are really within everyone's reach! 11/05/2025: The owners/workers were so kind to us. We don't know a lot of Italian and were were looking for something to eat. They gave us some pizza then gave us a traditional Italian drink as well as more food! We highly recommend this wonderful spot for the kindness and patience.

10/04/2025: Ho prenotato con largo anticipo una cena con 3 amici in questo ristorante dove avevo mangiato qualche mese prima. Abbiamo consumato 4 antipasti della casa (buoni), 4 primi (discreti), un solo contorno ovvero una patata lessa, UNA SOLA tagliata che abbiamo diviso in 4 (buona), 1 litro di vino rosso della casa, 2 bottiglie di acqua naturale e 4 dolci. Totale 159 euro! Ho comunicato il mio disappunto dicendo le la tagliata era una sola, ma il titolare non solo non ha voluto rivedere la comanda, ma addirittura ci ha fatto pagare 40 euro a testa, beccandosi anche un euro in più. Morale della favola, siamo usciti molto scontenti e irritati più che per il cibo, che nel complesso può passare, ma dell'approfittarsi del titolare. Tutti concordi nel dire che ha perso 4 clienti.

24/08/2024: Ingenious rustic ravioli, delicious skewers, and what about the house Sangiovese? It is perhaps the most common grape variety in Italy, and ranges from decent to excellent. This was indeed excellent.

26/05/2025: I often go to the restaurant and I recommend it. The attentive and friendly owners put their heart into what they do and it shows. Excellent food thanks also to the raw materials (vegetable garden and farm of the agriturismo). From the kitchen come exquisite and genuine dishes. (divine tiramisu) Note of merit also goes to the pizzeria that churns out super pizzas. In the summer you can relax by the pool with an excellent cocktail from the bar. All framed by a fragrant and colorful lavender field.

20/03/2025: Il Casale delle Rose is a quiet and welcoming farmhouse, you can breathe an air of home. Excellent service, very strategic location and clean rooms. I also recommend it for the welcome you get.
