He served us in a very elegant but fast way with the service, the cocktails were really well made (aperitif spritz, vermouth spritz and negroni). In addition, without asking, he offered us a cheese and cold cuts platter (all excellent). A beautiful experience, we can't wait to go back maybe for dinner

05/09/2025: The meals were great, we really like them — big thanks to the chef who brought us the main courses. However, the waiters really disappointed us; they didn’t pay much attention to us — the girl working there forgetting to bring us another glass of wine was understandable, we all forget things, but not being able to give us menu so we took it ourselves is really frustrating. Lastly, we ordered desserts and limoncello, had to wait for another 15 minutes and still got nothing. I really liked this place, but I don’t want to come here again because of the negligence of the waiters.

27/08/2025: Delicious appetizers: boiled mantis shrimp, octopus with potatoes, mussels marinara style, shrimp with radicchio and brandy, and a grilled dish. All washed down with an excellent Chardonnay. I must compliment the waitress, who was very quick and efficient. The price was fair.

02/09/2025: Not just a gelato shop, an institution. If you pass through Fano and don't stop by Bon Bon, you're missing out on one of the most authentic gastronomic experiences. The quality of the gelato is evident in its shine and natural colors. At Bon Bon, you'll find an incredible selection of flavors, from perfect classics to the most innovative creations. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The quality/price ratio is more than fair for the high quality of the product. In short: Bon Bon is Fano's gelato. Whether it's summer or winter, it's always the right time for a cup or cone here.

12/08/2025: This is a really unreliable pastry shop... I wanted a HOT, WARM, freshly baked bombolone! Initially, they told me it was possible but only if you ordered it and provided a specific time, so I told them the time and left my phone number... about ten minutes later, I got a call saying it couldn't be done and that if I wanted it hot, I had to come by at 5, so I accepted anyway! I set my alarm for 4:30 AM specifically to go get this bombolone at 5, and once I arrived, they delivered the cold bombolone, telling me that they had to make the bombolone earlier, at 2/2:30 AM, due to rising times and that I was unlucky. So, I decided to try a second time, this time also going at 2/2:30 AM. Once I arrived, I asked if the hot bombolone were ready and was told to come back at 5... I arrived at 5 and still got the cold bombolone! I was told in an annoyed and unprofessional manner that they make bomboloni at 2/2:30 AM but can't sell them at that time... ridiculous! Perhaps they should have told people in advance instead of misleading them and making them wake up that early or stay up on purpose? A truly unprofessional and untrustworthy pastry shop that doesn't seem to understand what you're asking them in Italian. NEVER AGAIN! I'll definitely never go back, terrible! Update 12/08/25: First of all, the leavening process wasn't explained to me at all the first time. You actually told me the bombolone would be warm at 5 AM! (so much so that later around 8 in the morning of the same day I came back and was told that I had been "unlucky" unfortunately), then it's true that after I was told about the leavening, but in the meantime you had made me get up at 5 in the morning the first time, then the second and last time by MY decision I wanted to try to come at 2/2.30 in the morning, it's true, I repeat by my decision and awareness (since the last time they were made for that time anyway) and you told me to come back at 5, as if you already knew that you would have them by that time more or less this time (I emphasize that you didn't repeat the leavening, but to come back at 5, so I took it as if you knew that more or less around 5 you would have fried them), instead I go back at 5 and I am told again that they were already made much earlier... so are you kidding me!? Leaving aside these incidents, which I can understand, if you like, are caused by misunderstandings on both sides, you're definitely not serious because you say you're not a pastry shop when your sign and website say otherwise! One last thing I'll write and advise you, then stop because otherwise I'll go on too long: when you address customers, please speak in Italian, perhaps, and not in a snarky way, and in the Neapolitan dialect, which not everyone understands. I'm sorry, but I think this review is very helpful, perhaps even more so for you to be careful next time. Thank you.

22/07/2025: Good service and nice terrace outside. Food was good, for Italian standards not special. Arrosticini were ond the menu and good, next time a bit thinner and grilled on higher temperature, then they will be perfect.

14/08/2025: I had reserved a table outside, but without any communication, they escorted me directly inside. Only after mentioning my reservation was I told there was no more room outside. The food is certainly excellent, well-prepared and tasty, but considering the price and the location, I found it a bit pricey. The wait times are medium to long, not excessive but still noticeable.

01/08/2025: An interminable wait (2 hours) Last year it was the same. We wanted to try again! Wrong! But they made a goodwill gesture this time. The food is good and expensive too.
