30/03/2025: The place is amazing. The first one with passatelli was inedible, after the third spoonful we felt nauseous. As for the service, first they brought us a dessert that we hadn't chosen, the panettone, because they told us later, if I hadn't asked, that the tenerina cake was finished, then, after I said that I would never eat the panettone left over from March, they brought us four pieces of "finished" cake. 24/03/2025: Good yogurt, the portion was "just right" but at the cost of €3.50 you can't choose just one filling to put on the yogurt (so I could put a cream or cereals) Honestly I don't find it correct also because the cost is not low for a yogurt. Controversies aside, if you are in the center of Pesaro it can still be worth trying.

08/04/2025: We stayed last Saturday and were very satisfied. Very high quality of sushi (and I define myself as a connoisseur since we tour sushi all over Italy and go crazy for it), excellent service, nice place. Menu not huge compared to other All You Can Eat but the quality can really be felt. We will return soon because it deserves it, hoping that they will continue to maintain this high standard.

09/03/2025: The food is very good, the atmosphere is not bad but to be able to eat five dishes (salmon bao, temaki fish chips, poke special, chirashi and pork gyoza) I had to wait an hour and twenty minutes. After an hour, only two of the dishes I ordered had arrived. I understand that the place was almost full and that sushi takes time to prepare but there is a limit. I arrived at 1pm and only finished eating the dishes from the first order at 2.30pm. I left shortly after because if I ordered again I would have finished eating at 3.30pm if the waiting times had remained the same. I hope there will be an improvement in this aspect.

05/04/2025: Very bad. I'm not saying the former suck, but I cook them better at home. For the second course we had the grilled meat and it was clearly reheated (and not even in the right way). I mentioned it to the waitress and she denied it without a trace of courtesy. The point is that even if I were wrong - and I don't think so - it would be even worse: it would mean that they already have no idea how to cook meat 😅 the potatoes and cooked side vegetables ordered, among other things, have never been seen! The only star goes for the appetizer, however I want to say something in their favor for the excellent choice of quality cold cuts and the jams to pair with the cheeses, which are very good. P.S.: all the meat remained on the plate except for the small pieces that my partner and I tasted, but they still charged them! Very failed!!

23/03/2025: We had dinner with pizza, chips and beer. Everything arrived quickly, the pizza was good and we spent little. The place is nice but is at its best in summer.

16/03/2025: There is a lot of work to be done to create well-made and tasty dishes. The basics are there, we need to put more effort into the kitchen. On the other hand, the staff is attentive and friendly, the location is unique and enviable.

29/11/2024: Tartufo Lab's Osteria is the place to be! What a great atmosphere and super tasty truffles. Delicious food and drinks. What a passion, what a unique experience. It is a great place to stay not only outside, but also inside. So beautiful, the Italian feeling comes over me and spoils me. In this piece of truffle country you really dream away and you have to pinch yourself that it is not a dream. For me it was an absolute revelation to not only drink a nice glass of wine and enjoy a beautiful view, but also to taste a first-class fresh truffle. What a pleasure!! Grazie mille!!

16/09/2024: Partiamo dal negativo . L'antipasto di mare freddo è stato il piatto meno convincente assemblato con scelte convenzionali e anche abbastanza discutibili (perchè servire il salmone che di sicuro a fano non va a nuotare?). Buone invece cozze e vongole , strepitose le lumachine di mare (bogoli in veneto) con un sugo da leccarsi i baffi . La grigliata mista decisamente buona . Bottiglia di vino locale . Servizio veloce e simpatico . Tavolo all'aperto sotto la veranda dove si stava bene. Conto onesto . Consigliato.

31/08/2024: Nice place but could be improved for example swimming pool tiles that move, poor lighting especially in the stair area, lots of balls but ruined and deflated. Small things that would increase the quality of the place. Very beautiful view, quiet area and if rented all very nice to spend a relaxing day.
