A modern and charming place. Young and dynamic staff. Very good pizza, available by the plate or by the meter, with a variety of flavors to choose from. For Saturday evenings, you must make a reservation and choose either the first or second sitting, which is at 9:00 PM. The homemade and beautifully presented desserts are also excellent. I've noticed that the tables are constantly being re-set, and well done to the staff who manage to keep up such a long wait.

On Monday evening, I dined at Gió Pizza e Cucina and had an overall positive experience. I ordered a Margherita pizza with sausage, fries, and to finish, a chocolate waffle with fiordilatte gelato. Everything was delicious, with well-balanced flavors and meticulously presented. The staff was friendly and always available, and the atmosphere was warm and pleasant. Considering the quality of the food and service, the prices seemed more than fair.
