Well what can I say, we can only compliment you again! Top quality products and courtesy!!!! The only regret is that the road is a bit busy but this clearly does not depend on you... Highly recommended!

08/05/2025: We spent a very pleasant evening with children and dog in this very welcoming restaurant, found by chance. The environment is very well looked after and the atmosphere is a pleasure right from the moment you enter. The fish dishes are very tasty and well presented, especially the super peppered mussels and the excellent frying. A round of applause to the lady who welcomed us like home. Thank you!

20/04/2025: The place immediately appears welcoming, the fireplace at the entrance is something spectacular, all surrounded by super friendly staff. We had dinner with pizza, delicious, thin, crunchy on the edge and tasty. Desserts equally good. Absolutely recommended!!!!!

18/06/2025: I personally contacted the facility to give a package to my boyfriend, we showed up on Monday 16th at check in time (2.30pm) and, after having coffee and chatting about this and that, it was mentioned to us that the pool had a problem for just a couple of hours, claiming that they had called the technician, after finishing the sentence we were asked what time we wanted to have dinner since we were the only guests (we hadn't unloaded our luggage yet). I had a bad feeling and we immediately went to see the pool... broken since the morning? It looked like a pond, green with algae and absolutely very far from the photos on the site and absolutely impossible to swim in. After driving almost 300km we found ourselves in front of a pond, basically. I'm not a technician but I felt a bit taken for a ride since the reservation was mandatory for two nights and I pointed out that he could have warned us in the morning. As a compensation, they offered to let us use the wellness center, but that would absolutely not have been fair given the substantial amount already paid. Therefore, we asked for a refund and left immediately. Too bad that no one reimbursed us for the time, gasoline and highway. Shameful and not very serious.

07/06/2025: Wonderful. Very clean, well-kept, genuine, quality food, kind and helpful staff, massages with a lot of experience. It feels like being at home, a place that becomes home.

09/06/2025: This is a very good restaurant with local dishes, specialized in grilled meat. We were four and saw many dishes passing by. Everything was of very good quality. Good wines are served with it and the dessert was also very tasty. The service was also very good, friendly, attentive and professional.

01/05/2025: Ristorantino tutto sommato niente male, ben curato e ordinato. Abbiamo mangiato solo carne alla griglia (potevano far di meglio) e verdure gratinate, molto buone. Vernaccia sfusa decisamente "scialita" nel nostro dialetto, e pensare che ci ero andato appositamente. Buono il servizio e un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Fast and professional service with attention and friendliness that make you feel immediately at ease. Cuisine that offers interesting dishes in a choice that can satisfy every taste, respecting the different dietary regimes, and good quality products cooked and presented with mastery. Excellent desserts and choice of wines. Price proportionate to the class of the venue and the quality of the dishes. *********** Returned in June and confirmed the general quality of the venue: given the fifth star for merit! 🙂

11/05/2025: We were invited for a communion lunch. The villa is gorgeous, country style. Wonderful view from the large Parsi hall up to the Conero. Every course was delicious from aperitifs to dessert. The Carnaroli Risotto with asparagus, chopped hazelnuts and ham powder is fantastic. The wines from the Marche are excellent, the White Ribona "Monte Nereto" - Saputi and the Red "il Cuore altri" - Lumavite. Excellent service. A quiet place among lots of greenery, plants and flowers.

24/06/2025: Good morning everyone, I decided to cross off my list all the restaurants and bars that asked for gripazz. It's not a lack of respect but to protect my health. A serious country with a civil society would fire these people immediately.

23/06/2025: WE HAVE BEEN GUESTS OF THIS B&B FOR TWO NIGHTS EXCELLENT WELCOME FROM MRS SILVANA AND HER SON WE WERE WELCOME AS AT HOME. ROOM WITH ALL THE COMFORTS FROM THE ROOM SPECTACULAR VIEW OF THE HILLS AND THE SEA. WE HAD DINNER ONE EVENING AND I WOULD SAY THAT EVEN THE FOOD DID NOT DISAPPOINT EXPECTATIONS. Recommended for those who prefer to eat well (very well) rather than have "experiences": a relaxing, cheerful, homely and informal environment typical of country trattorias in a beautiful place to visit. Go to Fiastra and stop for lunch or dinner: you will return home regenerated.

18/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per un pranzo in famiglia. I piatti da scegliere erano pochissimi in quanto quasi tutti su prenotazione. Abbiamo preso tagliatelle al ragù discrete, mentre gli spaghetti al varnelli erano scotti e pieni di pepe. Le grigliate discrete, mentre la cotoletta era di carne pressata di pollo, impresentabile in un ristorante anche di questo livello.
