You can choose from pre-made sandwiches or customize your own. In the takeout bag, I found a free mandarin (also delicious, like the rest)—a simple but truly appreciated gesture. Recommended!

04/02/2026: I had lunch at this chalet for a birthday party. The place is simple, but the food was excellent. The tortelli were fantastic, and the meat was delicious. I don't know how much it cost because I was a guest. In the summer, you can eat outside. Highly recommended.

31/01/2026: It's not a restaurant, but a fairly basic wooden house on the outskirts of Tolentino. In the summer, you eat outside next to the road. Known for its good food, especially the tagliata (which range from €22.50 to €26). First courses range from €11.50 to €15. The food is quite good, but given the high prices, you expect something more, but it's nothing exceptional. I would have preferred (in my opinion, for hygiene reasons) a paper tablecloth instead of almost nothing at all, with a €2.50 cover charge. The side dishes are paltry for the price (€5-6). The waiters are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. For those who have never been, it's worth a visit at least once. We won't be returning.

We chose the meat and truffle menu: everything was impeccable, from the main courses to the desserts, which deserve a special mention. It was a true gastronomic experience, a great satisfaction to find something of this caliber in Tolentino. Congratulations to all the staff, even the waiting staff were extremely knowledgeable and professional. 👏

07/11/2025: Osteria Ime is a restaurant where the chef showcases the highest-quality ingredients that can only be found at a certain time of year. In fact, during this autumn season, there are three menus: Vegetarian Autumn, Fish Autumn, and Meat Autumn with pumpkin, truffle, chestnuts, peppers, etc. I tried both the vegetarian and fish menus, both truly excellent. My three favorite dishes were Tolentino (red tuna and pumpkin akami), Catania (vanilla pepper cream soup), and Calabria (tobacco meringue, beetroot, and licorice ice cream). The restaurant is very intimate, with just a few tables and attentive service that flows seamlessly without any waiting time between courses. The chat with the chef at the end of the dinner was much appreciated; she was extremely open to discussing ideas with all the guests. The price was very reasonable for the experience, considering that many dishes could easily be served and appreciated even in a Michelin-starred restaurant.

07/01/2026: Excellent restaurant located within the buildings of the Chiaravalle di Fiastra Abbey, near Tolentino. I couldn't fault anything; the atmosphere was simple yet elegant, and the service was fast, courteous, and helpful. Excellent value. I recommend the truffle carbonara, which is very creamy and features crispy, flavorful bacon. The Ascoli olives and desserts are also very good. The arrosticini were nothing special.

03/03/2026: A very nice hotel adjacent to Fiastra Abbey and surrounded by greenery. A welcoming, relaxing atmosphere, and attentive and courteous staff. It's enchanting in the evening with the Abbey's lights shining. An excellent base for sightseeing.

01/03/2026: The location was beautiful, the rooms were nice, and the dinner was good. The service for the included breakfast was terrible. At 9:30, thirty minutes early, they had removed the buffet and we didn't have time to have the room re-prepared. We were sent to the bar, where we had to pay for the croissant because it was salty. It was the first time in my life that a hotel breakfast included in the price of a salty meal had to be paid for.
