22/03/2026: I only went for lunch. The size of the room is a bit intimidating, but once you taste the dishes, the meal is a real pleasure. The fried lamb is excellent. The access is via a picturesque hilly road.

05/04/2026: Dinner for four of us: we left feeling excited because the place had been recommended to us for its meat. We ordered two tagliata and two steaks. The ingredients were fantastic. The meat arrived in two batches, 15 minutes apart, and was practically cooked through. What a shame,
the quality was excellent! The atmosphere was incredibly cold, and we returned to the smell of barbecue. Total cost with wine, side dishes, two appetizers, and two desserts: €150.
21/03/2026: A truly unique setting, hard to find anywhere else.
Homemade Ascoli olives with a light orange aftertaste were truly excellent, and a spinach tart with crispy bacon and Parmesan fondue was truly delicious, creamy, and with a perfect balance of flavors.
And finally, for the first course, chitarrine pasta with ricotta, zucchini flowers, and pancetta, topped with a creamy almond garnish and a hint of crunch.
The service was truly friendly and detailed, with a detailed description of the menu and wine list.

Food and Charme Casa Grimaldi

10/09/2025: I stayed at the property during the Cammino dei Forti (Walk of the Forts). I could say many positive things about the room, the food, the breakfast, etc., etc. All of this is relatively insignificant because at Casa Grimaldi you feel at home. I mean the family atmosphere in a very well-kept and refined setting. Irene, the owner, Carlo, and Debora were always available to help us and accommodated our unscheduled requests.

The dishes were well-prepared, unfussy, and plentiful. The service was very fast, even though the restaurant was crowded. There was a good variety of choices and good value. Recommended!!!

23/02/2026: I've known this pizzeria for almost forty years, and it's always packed because it truly deserves all the customers who come every Saturday night for their excellent pizza by the slice and their delicious desserts. Last Saturday, I discovered they also do excellent meat-based main courses with a variety of sides. They're quick, despite the place being packed.

13/04/2026: Normal ayce (decent sashimi, terrible udon) where I stop for a quick lunch. After asking for the missing dish three times, I have to leave and complain to the cashier, who tells me nothing was missing and that I waited half an hour because I had nothing to do. Typically bland place that won't be missed when it closes.
14/02/2026: Ordered around 9:15 PM, and by 10:15 PM, only six dishes had arrived, a slowness I've never experienced before (needless to say, we left hungry and after receiving half the dishes).
All the fried foods were inedible, the breading not fried, limp and frozen.
Worst sushi I've ever had.
