We were welcomed by the kind and professional owner who carefully listed all the different and delicious dishes. The first courses were very good, as a second course we took the wild boar which was exceptional! Finally we concluded the dinner with a slice of delicious caprese cake! Excellent prices and top quality! Warm and welcoming environment, with attention to detail. Thanks and congratulations again!

A cena lo scorso sabato, con amici, attratto dalle buone recensioni, ora posso solo confermarle. Il titolare un vero oste, simpatico e molto competente, si vede che ci mette anima e cuore in questo lavoro. Il menù si basa sulla cucina tradizionale e fa' rivivere dei sapori dimenticati, molti prodotti sono a filiera quasi 0 km o prodotti dalla loro cucina, prezzi onesti.

A sore point: there is no written menu (which should be mandatory by law). The customer has the right to know how much he will pay for the dish he will consume. This avoids unpleasant surprises when it comes time to pay the bill.
The justification that the menu changes every day does not hold up. Also because it takes 5 minutes to write on the computer and print daily menus with the relative prices and give them to customers.
Point 2: You eat discreetly. Even though the first one I tasted was completely salt-free. Grilled meat consisting of only 4 pieces: a little poor in my opinion. An appetizer at 16 euros seems a little expensive to me.
Point 3: the waitress was very good and very kind.
Point 4: nice location.
Taking an average, I would say 2 stars.

Scoperta per sbaglio, si è rivelata una piacevole sorpresa. Buono il cibo sia il primo abbondante che il secondo di carne. Bello il locale con una splendida vista su Sarnano che dista poco distante, circa 5 km. Consigliato anche per la cortesia del personale.

Cibo eccellente, tutto ben cucinato, dalla pasta al cinghiale. Servizio impeccabile e grande simpatia e cordialità. Ambiente accogliente e carino, terrace con bella vista. Prezzi buoni. Nel complesso, consigliatissimo! Se ricapiteremo in zona ci torneremo sicuramente.

Una parola.....M- E-R- A-V-I-G-L-I-O-S-O...
HO MANGIATO SENZA NEANCHE AVER FAME ....Non c' era una sola pietanza che non fosse particolarmente speciale....Sapori decisi...freschezza, sapienza...Per me meriterebbe una stella Michelin.
Sicuramente torneremo a Sarnano solo per mangiare da loro.....
Farfalle cicoria e pomodoro....generose, rotonde, simpatiche, gustose, succose.....
Agnello sfilacciato con carciofi....Sensazionale....che aromi, che retrogusto!!Magari avessi vicino casa un ristorante così....
Un encomio al cuoco....gli ho detto che è stato spaziale!!!!!!
