Great place and excellent meat! Perfect for groups and even with kids.

We enjoyed some amazing meat, it had been years since I had eaten such a good cut... the lamb was also very tasty... I recommend it, the staff is young and welcoming.

If you're passing through Urbisaglia, Norcineria Centrale del Gusto is a must-see. It's not your typical restaurant, but a sleek format that combines fine dining with casual dining, and it does it very well. The system is quick and convenient: you order at the counter and receive a buzzer that lets you know when your dishes are ready. Despite the "do-it-yourself" approach, the staff was extremely kind and helpful in recommending the daily specials. The quality of the ingredients is its real strength. We ate wonderfully: the local cured meats and cheeses are top-notch. The great thing is that, after eating, you can purchase those same typical products (and many other gastronomic delights) at the counter to take home. The wide selection of drinks is also noteworthy, with a selection of local beers and wines that are anything but ordinary. The restaurant is meticulously crafted, with a décor that evokes tradition with a modern twist. The interior spaces are welcoming, but the outdoor area is also perfect for enjoying a relaxing meal. A great advantage, rarely seen in these areas, is the dedicated parking lot: it's really spacious, making parking completely stress-free. In short: a genuine, well-organized place with excellent value for money. I return regularly.
