17/08/2024: Review for the restaurant. We went on Friday evening, karaoke day, we had a table. Let me start by saying that we had chosen the karaoke evening for the fun but the music was excessively loud during dinner, we couldn't converse, not even the waiters could understand the orders and we had to raise our voices. We asked to lower it a little, at least for dinner time, but the DJ wouldn't hear of it. With this we do not want to diminish his skill but only a piece of advice because the volume that is too loud during a convivial moment, the dialogue especially in the presence of elderly people, can really be difficult. Let's move on to reviewing the dishes. Hot and cold appetizer, in the opinion of the majority of diners the fish was without praise, according to some it was even frozen. However generous portions and good plating. Crispy fried, plentiful but here too the quality of the fish did not impress. First courses: cuttlefish ink tagliatelle with spicy calamarata, but only for lovers of truly spicy food because your mouth was literally on fire. Tagliatelle with seafood, dry, overcooked, without sauce. Very good salmon tartare, ricotta and spinach ravioli with excellent speck. Good gnocchi with meat sauce. Desserts: chocolate cake, excellent tiramisu. Overall, perhaps the land menu is better than the seafood one. Prices: 30 euros each

12/08/2024: Servizio impeccabile come la cucina. E la vista ? Che dire meravigliosa sul Conero. Abbiamo preso alici marinate e olive ascolane di pesce e due spaghetti alle vongole tutto davvero divino! Torneremo sicuramente bravissimo allo chef ma anche a tutto il personale !

22/08/2024: Overall the place is nice even if it lacks an identity, it just seems old. The food is mediocre and expensive, the water comes from plastic bottles and the wine comes from a large bottle both from the supermarket. I don't understand how the other guests appreciated all this.

21/08/2024: Wonderful experience! Very nice, intimate, quiet place. The owner was very kind, friendly and very thoughtful. We had a divine dinner… the Shanghainese probably one of the most delicious things ever. The two first courses that we shared and the suckling pig were no exception. Everything perfect, very good dinner. We will definitely come back, thank you!

04/08/2024: Un posto consigliato dal ns beb. Siamo stati attratti dalla descrizione "l'osteria casereccia della zia".... E la scelta è stata azzeccata. Piatti caserecci abbondanti e buoni. Dai primi ai contorni ai secondi ai dolci tutto fatto in casa e Agnese che gira e serve i clienti in modo molto affabile. I camerieri gentili e simpaticissimi. Raro trovare ancora un posto così autentico. Se siete a Macerata non perdetevi questo posto unico.

15/07/2024: Locale rustico nelle splendide colline marchigiane. Ottima cucina casereccia,olive ascolane fatte rigorosamente a mano da loro, spettacolari,croccanti e saporite. Tagliatelle all'Armida con ragù di cinghiale al profumo di tartufo buonissime, arrosticini di castrato saporitissimi. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente,ci andiamo ogniqualvolta siamo di passaggio. Non siamo riusciti al affrontare i dolci perché eravamo strasazi. Prossima volta...

31/07/2024: I'll start by saying... Lovely restaurant 🤩 but not all you touch (see) is gold!!! The food was nothing special, in fact in my opinion there was a bit of flavor missing from each dish. Prices out of reach.😒🙄 4 euro cover charge. But I never paid them in Milan either; especially for slow and cold service. Little girl's white pasta 9 euros? Cazzarol* was the most decent dish of the whole evening but we weren't quite there with the price. If you are a tourist, avoid that you will leave hungry and with empty pockets.👐🤞 P.s: grilled octopus...we expected something else and not two tentacles served with vegetables. Well 25 euros per dish. Never again.😁

28/07/2024: Hands down our favorite restaurant in all of Italy. We own a home in the area and have been dining at Mo.Ma for at least 10 years. Whenever we're here, we eat at Mo.Ma at least once a week. We've never been disappointed by the superb and varied menu of homemade pastas, meats, and salads. The food is so clean and fresh and the recipes incredibly tasty but somehow never heavy. The restaurant has been painstakingly restored; and, be it winter or summer, it is immaculately clean and so cozy and welcoming. The staff work so hard to get the food out quickly, and they never get it wrong! Mo.Ma truly is one of the best things about living in beautiful Le Marche - Italy's best kept secret.

20/08/2024: Beautiful place. It takes its name from the FARNIO valley which in turn takes its name from the FARNIA oak!! I hate the name FarGNO!!

18/08/2024: We returned to the Fargno refuge after many years on August 15th. The location is splendid and the guys who run the refuge are very kind and good. I ate very well, excellent lentils and pasta with Fargno herbs. Compliments!

24/08/2024: La location sulla riva del mar Adriatico e nel centro storico è suggestiva. Numeroso il personale di servizio; si potrebbero ridurre i tempi di attesa. Il coperto a 3,00 euro a persona appare un tantino alto. Hanno buoni vini a disposizione anche da 375 cl.
