We chose the meat and truffle menu: everything was impeccable, from the main courses to the desserts, which deserve a special mention. It was a true gastronomic experience, a great satisfaction to find something of this caliber in Tolentino. 07/11/2025: Osteria Ime is a restaurant where the chef showcases the highest-quality ingredients that can only be found at a certain time of year. In fact, during this autumn season, there are three menus: Vegetarian Autumn, Fish Autumn, and Meat Autumn with pumpkin, truffle, chestnuts, peppers, etc. I tried both the vegetarian and fish menus, both truly excellent. My three favorite dishes were Tolentino (red tuna and pumpkin akami), Catania (vanilla pepper cream soup), and Calabria (tobacco meringue, beetroot, and licorice ice cream). The restaurant is very intimate, with just a few tables and attentive service that flows seamlessly without any waiting time between courses. The chat with the chef at the end of the dinner was much appreciated; she was extremely open to discussing ideas with all the guests. The price was very reasonable for the experience, considering that many dishes could easily be served and appreciated even in a Michelin-starred restaurant.

It was a wonderful experience; you can truly experience the authenticity of the traditional cuisine, complemented by a few delicacies. A few daily specials, listed by the staff, are carefully prepared based on seasonality and the availability of ingredients, offering authentic flavors where the use of quality ingredients is clearly evident. An added bonus is undoubtedly the owner, Stefania: friendly and cheerful, she describes the dishes with enthusiasm and sincerity, creating a relaxed, family atmosphere that makes the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely be back.

The dishes are prepared with locally sourced ingredients, authentically, using our grandmothers' methods! Everything is truly delicious! Excellent value for money! Must try!
