12/08/2025: I decided to go after hearing it on a popular national radio station in a humorous exchange with a famous chef. The chef ended up denigrating the place in a surly and rude manner, and sensing an almost snobbish tone, I decided to buck the trend and try the restaurant. And thank goodness. Quality, courtesy, and helpfulness. They even served us their signature dish, even though it wasn't on the lunch menu that day. All this in a clean and welcoming restaurant with low prices and generous portions. A sure thing if you're passing through Macerata.

10/08/2025: A lovely restaurant serving traditional cuisine. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are friendly. Because it was so hot and I didn't feel like eating, I tried their special salads: delicious!!! I liked the one at dinner so much that I went back for lunch the next day!

08/07/2025: Highly recommended!! During a guided tour of Leopardi's house, I stopped for a snack with my wife and children, and even though it was already past lunchtime, we were greeted with a smile by a very kind young woman who went out of her way to offer us something to eat. The rest followed suit... a charming location, excellent food, and above all, a carefully curated selection of soft drinks, natural wines, and craft beers. A stop at this place is a must in Recanti! The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is out of this world, and the seafood specialties are truly delicious. The prices are more than fair and definitely worth it. Highly recommended. 24/08/2025: An excellent restaurant where you can enjoy delicious Cresce with cured meats or cheeses. The staff is always very cheerful and courteous. The Cresce are delicious and flavorful. They pair well with a beer. There are tables available for customers. Please keep the place clean. Use the designated bins for recycling. I recommend arriving very early to avoid the line. Rating: 10

21/08/2025: I'm a mountain lover, so my opinion is very biased. A small restaurant with quality food and an excellent selection: crescia, cured meats, vegetables, cheeses, and desserts. Everything is authentic, with a welcoming atmosphere tailored to tourists, direct and simple, with kindness and professionalism. Excellent value for money, rustic style and surrounded by nature, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, in the rhythm of a timeless place...

31/08/2025: Unusual pairings. I had a salad with chicken livers and orange. It wasn't what I expected, but it was a pleasant pairing. The rigatoni with goat cheese was delicious, and the marinated lamb was worthy of praise. Good and friendly service.

28/08/2025: I returned to Alberto's for dinner last night, after a while. And it made exactly the same impression on me as it did the first time I went, many years ago: everything at Ninetta is completely magical. The ambiance, the service, the dishes, the wines. I have no recommendations: it's a menu to be explored far and wide, combined according to your mood or the season (everyone has their favorite foods: for me, cod). In 2025, the difference between those places "created" by a team of managers and those few imbued with the character of a chef is more noticeable than ever before: Ninetta is Alberto's idea. And Alberto is undeniably an artist. You sit down, and for a few hours you're sheltered from the world and that other enormous nuisance, time: the effect that works of art, great magic tricks, and well-told stories are supposed to have. The dishes were exceptional; we ordered several items, all very tasty. The steak was special. The wine list has a wide selection for all tastes. I recommend it.
