31/07/2026: I returned to Casolare dei Segreti after several years for a wedding, and it was completely reaffirmed. Despite being a magnificent venue for large events, it retains an intimate, family-like atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home, thanks to its compact and well-managed size. The panoramic views and natural setting are simply beautiful and make everything even more evocative. A guarantee!

28/07/2026: I was there for a dear friend's wedding. Everything was impeccable, starting with the catering, which was truly excellent. Perhaps the only thing that was a little dated was the rooms.

01/08/2026: Everything is truly exceptional. The simplicity of old traditions in an osteria with a genuine, unadulterated charm. Excellent dishes, and the service from the young owner is courteous and genuine. Bravo! Then, dining in the Terracina alley in the summer and enjoying the flavors of the village is unparalleled.

13/05/2026: I was here for my wedding anniversary and they reserved a table with a lake view for us. The place is elegant, the service is quick and professional. The crescia was magnificent, accompanied by excellent prosciutto and vegetables. But the spaghetti with duck sauce was sublime. The glass of Verdicchio was also worth it. Excellent!

26/07/2026: We took a brisk walk along the nearby waterfalls – also highly recommended – and afterwards settled down here with eight of us (reserved). We were given a very warm welcome by the host. We were given a spot on the veranda, which overlooks the stunning valley. We ordered a selection of all the house dishes: antipasti, primi, and secondi. These were served in platters so that everyone could sample everything. Everything was delicious, just like the homemade pannacotta for dessert. The dishes are well-proportioned; you can easily go through all the courses here. We were waved goodbye just as kindly, which was heartwarming.

18/05/2026: A very large, well-maintained location. The staff was truly superb, fast, and extremely kind. Excellent food! We were truly satisfied. The positives are the easy-to-find location and the ample parking available. The slightly negative is that the size of the place and the limited number of people make it difficult to converse very clearly during dinner. A soundproofing system would be nice. Overall, highly recommended!

03/07/2026: Found this restaurant in the historic center of Macerata thanks to reviews on Maps. Everything was very good. While we were waiting for our order to be delivered, they offered us two slices of bread with olive oil and fig jam. A strange combination, but a successful one. The two of us shared a second course, which we chose as an appetizer. It was called "veal inside," and it included samples of grilled liver, sweetbread meatballs, fried tripe, and kidney pâté: delicious!!! Then we both ordered a slice of Marche beef, which was very tasty and well-cooked. Sparkling water and a glass of wine were included, and the bill came to €67. A fair price for the quality and quantity of food. The place is also very nice. We took advantage of the outdoor seating and had a great time, but the interior, decorated in a "medieval" tavern style, also left a pleasant impression on me. The waiters were very kind and competent. One thing that really struck me was the cleanliness of the bathrooms, where there's even a disinfectant spray available for cleaning. I've never seen anything like it. 😁😁😁

23/06/2026: Great little gem, the vibe of the place is amazing, cozy, rustic but refined. The food is delicious, simple ingredients and traditional Italian food but with a twist, every plate is surprising in some way and adds some flare and a little spin to the usual dishes you find in most Osterie in Italy. The wine list is beyond extensive and unexpectedly affordable, like half bottle of Brunello Di Montalcino 2015 for just 22€! Highly recommended!
