30/03/2026: We spent a night at Osteria Segreti and it was a truly special experience. The property is nestled in the beautiful hills of Macerata, in a peaceful and relaxing setting, perfect for a break from the daily grind. The room was impeccable: spotlessly clean, meticulously maintained, and very welcoming. You can immediately sense the attention and passion for hospitality. We had dinner and lunch there and were truly impressed: authentic, traditional Marche cuisine, carefully prepared dishes, and truly excellent flavors. Special thanks to the staff, always kind and professional. In particular, Lucia, who is excellent and attentive, and Silvano, who manages the dining room with great skill and passion, making guests feel truly at home. A place we absolutely recommend and will gladly return to!

It seemed like they were in a hurry to do the second round... the bill was €161.40. We were two couples and they even wanted 70 cents. The food was terrible, everything was overcooked and salty!!! SEE YOU NEVER SEEING US AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡

12/04/2026: The restaurant is housed in a former rural school in a small village nestled in the middle of a man-made lake on the Musone River. The view is breathtaking, leaving an unforgettable memory as dusk falls. Upon entering, we're welcomed by Claudia, the owner, into an intimate and refined setting, never overbearing. The attentive and punctual staff collaborates with her, drawing on their gazes. The kitchen is in the hands of Diego, and if you're familiar with traditional cuisine, he can update it with modern cooking techniques, making each dish unique. Upon request, you can also order a fish menu, and if you let him recommend it, you'll enter a new world that will make you forget the "sea view." 30/04/2026: We visited this restaurant with friends (it's actually a house with several rooms) in the historic center of Montelupone. Their specialties are risottos, along with other typical dishes from the Marche region. Friendly staff, excellent value.

11/04/2026: Last night we had dinner at the Borgo Antico restaurant and it was truly a pleasant experience. The setting is elegant and the atmosphere is unique, almost like a place suspended in time. The service is impeccable: the lady who runs the restaurant is very friendly, elegant, and attentive to detail. The food is excellent. We started with incredible appetizers of duck breast, speck, and wild asparagus. I chose a flan with truffle and porcini mushrooms, truly delicious. Each dish was well-executed and rich in flavor. The wine list is also excellent, well-stocked and featuring several quality labels. The prices are in line with the quality of the restaurant: not cheap, but absolutely justified by the overall experience. I highly recommend it!

22/03/2026: Excellent dinner!! ...especially for the extraordinary balance between the character of the Montelupone Artichoke and the structure of the wines tasted. "Ancient stone, tender heart." In Sant'Angelo in Pontano, the Montelupone Artichoke meets the view of the Sibillini Mountains. A dinner that is more than just a meal, but a vertical journey through the flavors of the Marche. A high-altitude dialogue between the nobility of the Montelupone Artichoke and the age-old silence of the Tower. Here, where the earth touches the sky, the green gold of the Marche becomes art on the plate, celebrating a tradition steeped in history and authenticity. A generous serving of cold and hot appetizers, two first courses (appardelle with duck sauce and ravioli with truffle), mixed roast meats, and side dishes. Decent quality for the price. The staff in the dining room are truly talented.

12/03/2026: A truly delightful restaurant in the center of Macerata. A welcoming and well-kept place with a warm, traditional atmosphere. The dishes are well-prepared, and the quality of the ingredients is evident. The highlight is definitely the extensive wine selection: a truly impressive cellar with many labels to choose from. I found a truly delicious 2021 organic Sangiovese here—a wonderful discovery. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, even recommending the perfect wine to pair with the dishes. A very positive experience, highly recommended.
