A welcoming and tastefully decorated restaurant. The menu features a sophisticated meat menu and quality ingredients. We had a very pleasant May Day celebration thanks to the kindness of the staff and the excellent dishes served.

I've always eaten well at this "Osteria." The quality and attention to detail have remained the same over time. The service is impeccable, attentive, and friendly, and the cuisine is meticulously prepared and in keeping with seasonality and detail. The wine list is adequate, if not extensive. Recommended.

05/06/2026: We were very pleased with our dinner at Gabbiano. The service was fast, professional and very friendly. The fish was extremely fresh, of high quality and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is pleasant and cozy. I recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious fish dishes in Civitanova Marche. We will definitely be back!
