05/08/2026: The phone number is useless. I've been trying to call them for weeks, no matter what time of day they've been there, and they never answer. From what I can tell, not even Deliveroo customer service can get through to them (all to complain about yet another half-delivered order). Needless to say, they can't deliver an order without some missing items. The few times I've been there, I've witnessed absurd inefficiency, starting with the managers themselves, who I see lounging around, grabbing a coffee at the counter while the employee is there, just unable to keep up with the orders. A pitiful scene. Unfortunately, the problem stems from those who should be most responsible. I think it's the worst MC I've ever had in Italy, both in terms of service and quality.
