30/12/2023: Patate fritte molli e poco croccanti come se fossero crude o riscaldate, primi poco abbondanti e prezzi sopra la madia per la quantità dei cibi.

01/04/2024: Prenotato per caso poiché vicino all’area sosta camper nel giorno di Pasqua e poiché non siamo riusciti a sentire tutto ci siamo tornati anche per Pasquetta.ristorante superlativo pranzo fuori casa almeno 4 volte alla settimana per lavoro in ristoranti ricercati e questo è stato il più stupefacente degli ultimi anni.Ci torneremo sicuramente

30/03/2024: Con il mio compagno abbiamo visitato tanti ristoranti, da Nord a Sud dell'Italia, ma questo li supera tutti...Abbiamo mangiati un crudo si pesce a dir poco divino, ma anche un risotto al crudo con funghi e tartufi ed un totano alla griglia con olive taggiasche, davvero superlativi. I tiramisù, poi, sia il classici che quello al pistacchio, veramente eccezionali. Noi lo consigliamo mille volte!

22/03/2024: We couldn't have started our first evening in Recanati any better than this! The place is very characteristic given that it is located inside a renovated period building where brick and vaults dominate. You literally dine by candlelight and at times an extra helping of light would be desirable to read the menu and the very interesting wine list which makes the Marche offer, with a fantastic quality-price ratio, its strong point. So let's start with the first courses: I order a little guitar which on the menu was supposed to be made with prawns and poppies, but which in reality comes with various seafood of a touching freshness and an exceptional taste. Superlative dish. My partner instead had very delicate flakes with cheese and pears and lemon sauce. For my guitars I drew hands down from the basket of homemade bread for the shoe that was a must! Let's move on to the second course: I had an exquisite lamb steak, while my partner had an excellent fillet with green pepper. This restaurant makes meat an object of worship! I say this in all sincerity given that after thousands of reviews this is the second place (the first is the Pitbeef in Milan) that offers the highly prized Finnish sashi on the menu! Stuff for enthusiasts. Fantastic and unexpected. I ended with a tasting of cheeses from the Marche region which saw its strong point in pecorino, including the slow food presidium from the Sibillini mountains. Among the surprises, the final offer must certainly be mentioned: a brandy? NO!, a coffee? NO! It was a bar of dark chocolate served on a wooden cutting board equipped with a blade to be able to freely slice it at will... never seen anything like it! The evening was accompanied by an excellent 2019 Moroder Rosso Conero Notte. Truly an applause experience.

22/03/2024: A restaurant which, due to the quality of its offerings and attention to detail, could take on any scenario... finding it there among the alleys of a village like Recanati is completely unexpected.

02/04/2024: Easter Monday...return trip. You are desperately looking for a restaurant to continue your journey in the best possible way. At the fifteenth restaurant that doesn't welcome you due to the lack of a reservation (which is impossible when you're travelling!) you find a friendly gentleman named Roberto who, together with his wife, hosts you and solves your problem. What can I say? wonderful hospitality, perfect courses and foods, smiles that we will not forget. You are truly five star. Thank you!

30/03/2024: I rediscovered this restaurant after a long time and I was really surprised and satisfied by the goodness and quality of the fish served.... appetizers, first courses, fried food, grilled food truly EXCELLENT!!!! If you are in the area.... try it to believe it TOP 👏👍🏻😍

22/02/2024: We stayed in this splendid family-run country house nestled among the splendid hills of the Marche region. Everything is taken care of, clean, tidy and well-kept. At the same time, the hosts manage to ensure that everything is done without the slightest disturbance or noise The kindness and thoughtfulness of all the staff is something that is no longer found nowadays. Fabulous swimming pool, hydromassage tub, gym, sauna, Turkish bath. All topped off with a high-level restaurant both from the point of view of the cuisine both from the location and from the guys in the room who were really very good. Excellent and plentiful breakfast with fresh products. We really felt at home.

02/02/2024: It deserved 4 stars if the waiter had done his job, abandoned at the table both to order and for the wine to arrive, a shame because the location is truly very beautiful. Breathtaking panorama. Food: delicious tortelli with sausage and broccoli, excellent pistachio cream, the other diners had a cacio e pepe which seemed more like a garlic and oil. Delicious cheek, it melted in your mouth. Too bad about the service

29/03/2024: I organized a birthday dinner with an agreed menu. Excellent food, impeccable service, kindness, professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Highly recommended both for an event and also for a pizza with friends. Congratulations to the director Marco and all his collaborators, including the chef and the sommelier, for the splendid evening.
