22/10/2023: Dropped in with my son for lunch. We don't speak Italian but the staff were friendly and accommodated us. The pasta was amazing and we left very happy. We will be returning.

I have to be honest I remembered a mouth-watering appetizer and instead I was a little disappointed, commercial ham looked like parma, loin cut very fine with the slicer... ciauscolo hard and tough which looked more like salami... first courses lived up to expectations, excellent tagliatelle with wild boar ragout, welcoming and informal environment as per tradition, kind and attentive owners and staff.

27/01/2024: in giro in un sabato pomeriggio, con amici, ci siamo imbattuti per caso in questo meraviglioso luogo, citato in ogni particolare. Entrati per mangiare, abbiamo trovato un ambiente accogliente con un bel camino acceso a fiamma viva! Scopriamo, tra l’altro, che la brace viene utilizzata per cucinare la carne. Ci sediamo a tavola immersi in un’aria familiare, ed iniziamo con gli antipasti…che dire? Tutto buonissimo e di gran gusto! Niente di visto ma tutto originale e nuovo. Passiamo ai primi, anch’essi buonissimi e non ripetitivi…così anche per i secondi. Terminiamo con i dolci…abbiam chiesto un assaggio di tutto (rigorosamente fatto in casa) con anche il vino di visciole, anche in questo caso tutto buonissimo e di ottima qualità! Consigliato a tutti coloro i quali han voglia di trascorrere una piacevole serata o giornata con o sapori di una volta.
