My comment about this was met with a "I'll tell the chef."
The Schlutzkrapfen (shrimp doughnuts) were okay.
The pasta dish was very greasy.

You'll feel right at home, with moderate prices and superb food.
Highly recommended pizzoccheri and sciat.

28/07/2025: I stayed here once where I spent a night with a dinner/breakfast option. Dinner was poor, I'd say nonexistent, with no appetizers, which is usually found in buffet hotels. For my first course, I chose pizzoccheri, which was nothing good. In theory, a complete dinner should include a second course, a side dish, dessert, or fruit, none of the above. I asked for a second course, and there was no second course. They brought me a plate of bresaola. Breakfast was poor, with MD discount products. The hotel was nice only for sleeping, clean, and friendly staff. Otherwise, nothing good.

Bella la parte esterna fronte retro, stupende le parti interne accoglienti, pulite e le tavole apparecchiate con gusto.
Credo di aver mangiato il miglio piatto di pizzoccheri della mia vita, avrei fatto il bis.
Dolci meravigliosi!
Le porzioni sono buone e l impiattamento stupendo, complimenti alla cucina.
Il personale cortese e molto accogliente. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.
Alla prossima tappa a livigno ci torneremo sicuramente.
09/08/2025: Il ristorante è sempre molto bello e accogliente, con un’atmosfera piacevole che mette a proprio agio. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, pronto a venire incontro alle richieste dei clienti. Purtroppo, però, ho notato che la qualità del cibo non è più quella di una volta, e questo ha reso l’esperienza meno soddisfacente rispetto al passato.

13/07/2025: Excellent service, very kind and attentive staff, they make you feel at home, the coffee is excellent, the best in the whole area, lunches and set menus of excellent quality at honest prices in line with the quality, the interiors are very characteristic and well-kept, even if I recommend a small restoration, I end by saying that it is my favourite bar
28/06/2025: Nice place and polite staff, too bad if you are teetotal you can't have an aperitif! Without spritz etc... they don't give you anything to eat in the company of a crodino. I'm sorry.

03/10/2025: The wait was incredibly long, and the girl serving us was completely at a loss for an apology, truly polite and kind. The food was excellent, but there were two major flaws: only six glasses of wine for 100 people, and it was incredibly cold! Bring the wine right away, or one of us can warm up with the drinks!

11/11/2025: If you happen to pass by, stop for breakfast here. The brioches are really good, as are the pastries, but the brioches are super. I also recommend their chocolate.

08/11/2025: We happened to pass by this restaurant, bar, hotel to have lunch. The waitress was unfriendly and not even a smile. Then a gentleman brought us the menu. Inside there was a small sheet with the menu of the day and we took two... we ate disgustingly. A plate of fusilli with mackerel was horrendous. A second plate of cold cuts with cheeses was not tasty at all. So if I could, I would give zero but I can't. So if you pass by there, go straight. I don't recommend it. Worst Angela Stella.

From Americano coffee to the rental including electricity, the off-season rates are reasonable!
The facilities are simple but very efficient and, above all, very clean!
I highly recommend it for visiting the region!

29/09/2025: The hotel seems to be geared more towards winter sports vacationers. We were there with a tour group and were the only guests. The reception area had a dingy, untidy feel. Dusty Christmas decorations were everywhere. The rooms were simple but clean. Dinner and breakfast were okay, but nothing special.
18/08/2025: Excellent, we had a great time, very kind owners, convenient location for everything, the food is excellent, and the structure very clean, and waiters always kind and helpful, to be repeated, thanks from Sauro and Maria.
