12/03/2026: Nice little bar, friendly service and great wine. As a courtesy, chips and bresaola are served with the wine.

02/03/2026: We've been here several times for a quick lunch and have really enjoyed it. The sandwiches are delicious, as are the soups, and the price is excellent. The cakes are the real highlight!

16/03/2026: Old man behind the bar stole my money i bought 4€ cola and he take my 20€ a than said i gave him 5€ when i told him i gave him 20€ he threw me out

07/03/2026: Good but too expensive, we're in the mountains, not Svalbard. I don't think having food delivered up here justifies €4 for a Coke and €17 for polenta.

17/08/2025: Nice place to grab a drink. On busy days, the service isn't great. With almost all the tables full, the service was nonexistent; we found a table by ourselves, went to the bar to get drinks, and the table we were sitting at wasn't cleaned.

21/06/2026: This was our third visit with our mopeds. A dream of a cabin for those who like things quaint and rustic. Absolutely wonderful hosts.

10/01/2026: Excellent location near the Bernina train station and the reception staff are very friendly! The rooms are comfortable and clean, the only downside is that the cleaning staff are too noisy in the morning moving their things and shouting in the hallways!

30/06/2026: A beautiful venue with well-spaced tables, very kind and attentive staff, and above all, high-quality, well-cooked food at a buffet rich in both quantity and variety. The price is also more than reasonable.

14/06/2026: This restaurant is really good. I highly recommend the pizzoccheri! And the other dishes too. The staff is courteous, polite, and quite fast. It seems run by true restaurant professionals. Recommended!

05/06/2026: Don't order the pizzoccheri! I think it's the worst dish I've ever had in a refuge. Maybe the rest is better, but I haven't had the courage to find out.

03/05/2026: Although we ate quite well and paid fairly, a negative note is due to the organization. We had booked a table, but when we arrived the table was not reserved, the situation repeated with other people who found themselves without. I understand that it is difficult to manage so many people, especially on weekends, but at this point I recommend opting for the option that does not accept reservations, so one knows to take a risk but without expectations.

15/04/2026: Terrible service. We ordered fondue, and to our great surprise, there were food scraps in our pot. The waiters were extremely unfriendly, the food was inedible, and super expensive. 0/10, not recommended.

10/04/2026: I am extremely disappointed with the food and the staff in the hotel restaurant. The food is terrible and a disgrace to the reputation of Livigno and Italy in general. We ordered ribs, sea bass fillet and tagliatelle with mushrooms. They served us everything in literally 1 minute, from which we realized that everything had already been cooked and warmed up. The fish was beyond criticism, tasteless and as if boiled, the mushrooms in the tagliatelle seemed to have been poured from a can, and the ribs caused heartburn in my husband and he could not sleep. On top of all that, they lied to us most blatantly about the bill, saying that the appetizer we had ordered was taken by our friends from the company (they were on separate table) but in fact we paid for it and our friends paid separately too, it was included in their bill. Overall no one was happy with the dinner and we left feeling like we were screwed. I regret going to this place. And knowing what the restaurant is like, I can only imagine what the hotel will be like. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

08/07/2026: We just left Felix. We organized a surprise aperitif to celebrate a dear friend. They were impeccable, to say the least. Top-notch service, with extremely kind and helpful waiters. Delicious food, elegant setting, fair prices. Thank you so much. The surprise was a complete success!

09/05/2026: Coffee and a piece of cake. It would have been quicker to bake it. I've never seen anyone so unwilling to work! Everyone was very kind, though, that must be said!
