09/12/2024: Good food, great place located in a quiet area with beautiful views, super friendly owners.

04/11/2024: Imagine you have booked a lunch with friends and you arrive after a nice 3 hour walk. They make you sit at the table after 30 minutes of waiting (patiently waited) and after a further 20 minutes, without either a piece of bread or a glass of wine, they begin with: the first courses are all finished and so is the polenta. (Why not let us know beforehand?!) There were basically two dishes left to choose from. Ruined lunch. CHAOTIC and inattentive service. Not an excuse or an alternative. I'm sorry, I don't usually give negative reviews and I try to support small businesses, but the situation was handled really badly.

03/01/2025: Monopolio: questo é il classico esempio di come la sana competizione sia un bene per il mercato. Scocciati. Quasi che ti debbano fare un favore: credetemi, la signora farebbe scappare pure i suoi nipoti. Un piatto di pasta scotto, cotto e ricotta, con uno spruzzo di salsa rossa nel centro. I nostri figli che.. manco a casa dell orco cattivo. Signori, tenetevi stretto questo presidio. Lavorate solo per mancanza di alternative. Consiglio di munirsi di pranzo al sacco. Buona continuazione.

30/12/2024: Half portion of 3 slices of bresaola, 2 thin roasted slices, salad to be dressed with plastic sachets of oil and vinegar, a quarter of wine, half water, coffee spent 29 euros. We found it expensive for what we ate. However the quality is good.

09/03/2025: Ho trascorso una serata tranquilla in compagna di un'amica. Ci siamo trovate molto bene con questa nuova gestione: personale molto cortese e attento, cibo (avevamo optato per un menù pesce a 30 euro composto da aperitivo, antipasto, 2 primi un secondo e dolce) abbondante e molto buono (in particolare il filetto di branzino era davvero squisito). Sicuramente tornerò (in particolare quando fara più caldo e potremo mangiare un veranda).

19/11/2024: Convenient stop just before the Preda Rossa car park/path, for those who eat or stay overnight there is a free pass to access by car. To be booked in advance, it doesn't have many seats and is in a transit location. Homemade food, good but I'm not particularly enthusiastic about it. A first course each plus a dessert and drinks approximately €25.

19/11/2024: Comoda tappa appena prima del parcheggio/sentiero Preda Rossa, per chi mangia o pernotta pass gratuito per accedere con l'auto. Da prenotare in anticipo, non ha molti posti a sedere ed è in una posizione di passaggio. Personale gentile e disponibile. Cibo fatto in casa, buono ma non mi ha entusiasmo particolarmente. Un primo a testa più un dolce e bevande 25 € circa.

06/03/2025: Esta panadería es una joya. Por el espacio que ocupa, producen una gran cantidad de golosinas al horno, así como su pasta fresca. Soy un chupón para sus galletas de pan corto y el jamón y la crepe de queso tenían tanto queso delicioso, que tuve que tomar una siesta más tarde. Propiedad y operado por una familia trabajadora que ha estado en el área de Madesimo por generaciones, recomiendo venir por un poco de pasta, y salir con mucho más.

06/03/2025: Entré por un crepé... y mi mundo cambió Podría enumerar los bocados más deliciosos, pero en realidad no tengo idea de lo que era algo. Mi mayor consejo sería preguntarles por sus golosinas favoritas y cómo servirles mejor. Sugirieron sumergir una de las tazas de chocolate en una leche tibia... WOW! Lo que me lleva a la pasta. Los ravioles. Los ñoquis. La pizzocherie, que ni siquiera sabía que existía, un manjar de la región. Todo empezó con un crepé...

30/01/2025: Très bon accueil cuisine excellente - carte des vins super accepte les amis à 4 pattes. Aucun élément négatif . On y reviendra

29/01/2025: Siamo arrivati un po’ tardi, ma siamo stati accolti con grande cortesia, anche se la cucina stava per chiudere. Un gesto che abbiamo molto apprezzato, soprattutto visto che altri ristoranti ci avevano detto che non avrebbero potuto servirci. Il personale è stato davvero gentile e simpatico, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Ci hanno consigliato le Sciatt, delle frittelle tonde ripiene di formaggio, che sono state una vera delizia! Per i primi piatti, sono stati buoni, ma non eccezionali – probabilmente perché stavano per chiudere la cucina. Un sincero grazie al ristorante per averci accolto e servito con tanta disponibilità e simpatia.

07/01/2025: Essen an sich war ok. Jedoch wird man nicht wirklich gut serviert obendrauf ist das Personal unfreundlich. Kartoffeln waren nicht durch gekocht. Und sehr viele Fliegen die auf das Essen gehen. Ich will das Restaurant keinem vermeiden aber ich persönlich würde da nicht nochmal hin gehen.

31/12/2024: el precio del menú era excesivo (relación calidad precio). nos sentaron 45 minutos tarde , entre plato y plato tardaron como media hora y luego nos dieron prisa para irnos. deberían tener en cuenta que fin de año es complicado en hostelería y tener la previsión de más personal

31/12/2024: Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante alla ricerca di un posto dove cenare la sera del 31 dicembre. Il prezzo in base al menù è accettabilissimo e il.cibo è stato davvero molto buono Cortesia da parte del personale di sala.

02/02/2025: La pizza non è male. Il punteggio di 1 stella in totale lo merita per come ci hanno trattato al momento di pagare. Il proprietario non ci ha permesso di pagare con il bancomat affermando che non voleva farlo per importi inferiori a 20€ (pagavamo 18€ a testa). Quando gli abbiamo detto che lo avremmo segnalato ci ha pure risposto che non gli importava perché tanto lui faceva come voleva. Mai vista una scontrosità così. No comment.

02/02/2025: The pizza isn't bad. The rating of 1 star in total is deserved for how they treated us when paying. The owner did not allow us to pay with the debit card, stating that he did not want to do so for amounts lower than €20 (we paid €18 each). When we told him that we would report it, he even replied that he didn't care because he did as he wanted anyway. Never seen such grumpiness. No comment.

24/02/2025: Incuriositi dalla location storica e dalle belle recensioni abbiamo prenotato qui nonostante un po’ di riluttanza per l’elevato costo della cena a menù fisso. La gentilezza è stata massima.abbiamo cenato nella Carducci che è bellissima. Arrivati pizzoccheri in abbondanza i migliori mai mangiati. Poi un mix di carni con porcini e polenta. Tutto buono. Infine abbiamo assaggiato 4 dolci ma per noi la pere e cioccolato è stata la migliore. Tiramisù troppo pannoso, crostata un po’ crudina. Lo consiglio assolutamente

19/02/2025: Buonissimo e personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Ottima esperienza. Alla fine ci hanno offerto anche il dolce per la nostra bimba (eravamo 2 adulti e 2 bambini quindi abbiamo preso 3 menù in 4). Porzioni molto abbondanti

13/03/2025: We stayed in Cá Elsa and right next door was this family pizzeria. It was a great discovery. We went twice and they treated us wonderfully and the pizzas were delicious, they are made in a wood oven. Super recommended in all aspects. Thank you especially for the friendly treatment with which you have received us.

26/12/2024: Working in a bank in the central Piazza Garibaldi, I happily frequented the Pasticceria Gelateria La Milanese for a long time, appreciating its quality and service. The privileged location on the corner of the monumental and pedestrian square couldn't be more premium and the adjoining outdoor area is in a certain sense the 'showcase' of the city. Personally, I never give up on kiffers (Austrian puff pastry discovered by my friend) which are buttery and perfectly flaky, they are so irresistible that I can't stop, the delicious eggnog cream puffs melt in your mouth while the more health conscious can gorge themselves on delicious wholemeal pastries. Like the other collaborators, the recently arrived X.U. combines competence and professionalism and shows off an innate, spontaneous and captivating smile. I give 5 STARS only because Google's algorithm doesn't allow more (is this another limit of artificial intelligence?). P.S. Too bad they don't offer full board......sic.
