01/03/2026: We have been coming here for about 10 years now, even for accommodation, if there is free time during our stay. Last year my daughter (3 years old) and I celebrated our birthday here, in March 2020, since everything was closed due to Covid, we went back home after 1 day of skiing, but today, February 28, 2026, the black-haired lady charged us 3x coperto even though we were not hungry and only had one meal and dessert. (2 adults and a 3-year-old child) Two days earlier we had 2x soup for 15 E each, after which I was not feeling well the next day and the coperto was charged 2x, which is ok. Probably due to the Olympics (which are already over), prices have also risen quite dramatically and I feel like the reasons for driving 10 hours from the Czech Republic to Livigno and not staying somewhere in Austria are slowly starting to disappear... I hate to write this, but if it helps somehow, it would be great.

22/02/2026: We had lunch on a sunny Sunday. The staff was poorly organized in managing the tables, and we had long waits for the dishes, which arrived at different times, making it impossible to eat together. The salad bar is definitely not recommended. I'm very sorry because the location is beautiful, but I really don't recommend it.

08/02/2026: You can't charge 16 euros for an appetizer and it's not even good or seasoned. It's absurd. The dishes look well-crafted on the menu, but then you order them and realize it's just rubbish.

07/02/2026: Nice place, well-decorated, attentive service. The only problem is that I wasn't thrilled with the dishes; nothing bad, but nothing good enough to make me want to return. The dishes lacked flavor and character. For the price I paid, I expected something different, more "appealing." The onion soup was disappointing, as was the pork cheek, which lacked crispy skin, and the cabbage was flavorless. The pizzoccheri (undercooked) had too much butter/water in them, and the cheese hadn't melted. Not to mention the mashed potatoes, which were bland. Some flavorings/spices/toppings in the kitchen would be appreciated and could even enhance the dish.

22/03/2026: Pizzas of different sizes, dry, flavorless and quite burnt. A bad calling card for tourists.

15/12/2025: Everything was very good. I enjoyed the taroz and sciatt, which were very good, but especially the delicious tajadin. It's a place I'd gladly return to, even with family and friends. 🤩🤩

27/02/2026: Fantastic hotel and the owner Athos who goes that little extra for his guests! The hotel is close to the lifts and the food was appreciated by both us adults and children (half board). We can highly recommend Capriolo!

10/12/2025: First weekend of the year on the snow, hotel in an excellent location just steps from the ski lifts, a little dated but still very beautiful and characteristic, very friendly staff and the owner Athos always available and kind. Parking reserved for guests outside the hotel. Excellent restaurant with a wide selection (we were half-board and had 6 or 7 starters and main courses to choose from). A well-stocked wine cellar at fair prices. The only downside is the rooms, clean and well-kept, but small and in need of a bit of modernization... The bathroom is basic, although the lack of a bidet is a letdown, but the shower is quite spacious and comfortable. In conclusion: I would return because it feels like "family," even if it's my first time there. Athos is very good and makes up for any small shortcomings with passion and dedication to the customer.

17/03/2026: We didn't eat, we just had a drink after dinner. The atmosphere is charming, but I wouldn't return because I didn't like the welcome. Some people inside were rude for no reason. Beautiful and charming, but I wouldn't return.

03/07/2025: In my opinion, the place needs renovation, especially considering it's in Livigno. Few products for breakfast and no pre-packaged croissants. I expected more

12/03/2026: Prices are high (much higher than in other centers) + an automatic surcharge of €2 for each order. Service not so great.

15/08/2025: We went to this restaurant on August 12, 2025, while on vacation. The food wasn't bad, but the service was terrible. We waited forever, even for dessert, and it wasn't because the place was full—there were only four tables with ours, one of which had finished eating. The long wait times are unnerving, even if you're on vacation.

09/10/2025: Luxurious bar with lots of decorations, delicious, high-quality ice cream and pastries, helpful and friendly staff. The price is fair.
