28/08/2025: We returned at the end of August 2025, returning from a hike to Alpe Armisola, and took the opportunity to stop for lunch, where we enjoyed an excellent pork shank with potatoes. Kudos to the kind and helpful staff and to the new management, which has revitalized the attraction of visiting this beautiful mountain area.

08/09/2025: Terrible experience with a certain Michele, the arrogant and indifferent fishery manager. Never again.

27/08/2025: Enchanting, welcoming place frozen in time with only the sound of the cow bells and their smell. The owners are very kind. The food is simple but excellent. It's a shame to leave. Well done.

13/07/2025: La location ci è sembrata subito suggestiva, trovandosi all’interno di una cantina. Il cibo è stato ottimo, gli sciatt davvero deliziosi e il piatto di formaggi con prodotti di qualità. Il prezzo era corretto per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Il sevizio molto curato e veloce.

16/10/2025: Good traditional dishes, especially the Pan sciat. This family-run restaurant has a very kind owner. It's a shame there's no menu with prices, and there was a surprise at checkout, which wasn't very welcome, especially as it ruined what had been a lovely Sunday lunch.

08/02/2026: Dishes not reheated, grilled vegetables served cold in a dimly heated room, when booking it was not explained that the pizzeria is closed at lunchtime, waiter was rude to say the least, highly discouraged.

11/08/2025: Durante il mio soggiorno a Livigno, un local mi ha consigliato il Ristoro Fopel per un pranzo lontano dai classici locali turistici. Prenoto per le 13:40, ma l’esperienza si rivela deludente sin dall’arrivo. Con la mia famiglia restiamo in piedi per dieci minuti senza che nessuno ci rivolga la parola; quando finalmente veniamo notati, ci viene detto frettolosamente di aspettare. Dopo ulteriori 15 minuti finalmente ci siamo seduti su uno dei sei tavoli liberi da 25 minuti. Le due cameriere si sono rivelate maleducate, arroganti e antipatiche. Purtroppo, il cibo non è riuscito a compensare il servizio: le tagliatelle ai porcini erano secche e non sapevano affatto di porcini. Col senno di poi, saremmo andati via dopo i primi dieci minuti di attesa. Consiglio: prendere un secondo piatto. Importante: pagamento solo in contanti.

04/08/2025: A pochi km dall’abitato di Livigno l’unica realtà verace che esce fuori dal delirio commerciale del centro della cittadina Senza fronzoli, cibo del luogo cucinato in maniera tradizionale a prezzi contenuti. Vale un passaggio

06/01/2026: A very nice restaurant on the outskirts of Bormio. We had dinner à la carte on the evening of December 31st. Everything was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely return.
