Found by chance, but what a satisfaction! A seemingly simple menu, but only on the surface... cooked with the respect that the raw ingredients used deserve (which are truly excellent quality), and truly generous portions. All topped off with attentive, yet unobtrusive service (each dish and accompaniment was well explained). Especially noteworthy is the "bread basket," which isn't just a basket, but is packed with a variety of homemade offerings! Definitely worth trying again on a future vacation.

We returned to this restaurant after a full ten years, and rediscovering the same excellence was a unique experience. Nothing has changed... except for the better. The welcome remains warm and authentic, the quality of the dishes impeccable, and the attention to every detail demonstrates a timeless passion. Every course was a confirmation: fresh ingredients, balanced combinations, flavors that speak of tradition but with a touch of creativity that makes the experience truly special. The service was attentive without being intrusive, just as we remembered. After ten years, we are happy to say that this restaurant remains a benchmark of excellence. A place that never disappoints; on the contrary, it surprises again. We will definitely be back... well within the next ten years!
