28/06/2026: I'm giving it one star because I can't publish zero. We stopped today, June 28th, for lunch. I made a reservation for four people and two dogs, since dogs aren't allowed in the dining room. I respect the choice, so he made us sit outside and told us to wait for the waitress. This was at 12:25. We left at 1:30. Since he kept seating customers who arrived after us inside and he didn't take us into consideration, I asked for the menu twice and he told me they would be there in 10-15 minutes. You don't treat customers this shamefully. He didn't want the dogs, he just had to say so.

05/03/2026: We ordered 5 pizzas at the new pizzeria near the cable car. We booked for 8:15 PM and waited until 10:00 PM with people arriving after us and leaving first with their pizzas. Bottom line: We won't be returning.

28/07/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by accident, but we can wholeheartedly recommend it. The delicious dishes and family atmosphere deserve 5 stars. The mountain tavern atmosphere and fast, efficient service are also a plus.

26/07/2026: The salmi is exquisite, as is the homemade tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. The service is very kind, the braulio sorbet is a real treat, the prices are fair for a high mountain village.

09/08/2026: I've been frequenting Nevada in Bormio for about two years, both in the winter and summer, and overall it remains a restaurant I greatly appreciate. The atmosphere is truly beautiful, with attention to detail and always very clean. The quality of the cuisine is also consistently high, and the cellar offers a good selection of wines. Regarding this last point, however, I would improve the service by the glass: I've often found the wines served at a slightly too high temperature, including whites and Champagnes, which deserve more attention. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. A special mention goes to Tania, who is always attentive, present, and capable of serving customers with great care. The outdoor seating area at the back is pleasant, but it's very exposed to the wind, which can be very strong on some days. This is obviously a feature of the location and not the restaurant's fault; for this very reason, however, I believe some solutions such as removable glass windows, screens, or hedges could make the space much more comfortable and usable. The real flaw, in my opinion, is another: in two years, I've found essentially the same menu, regardless of the season. Considering the restaurant's caliber, it would be nice to see some new offerings throughout the year, even if it's simply a few off-menu dishes or seasonal additions, further differentiating the summer and winter offerings. It would give those like me a reason to return regularly. Overall, it remains a good restaurant, well-maintained and with quality cuisine, and with just a few tweaks, it could take its quality to the next level.
