28/06/2026: I'm giving it one star because I can't publish zero. We stopped today, June 28th, for lunch. I made a reservation for four people and two dogs, since dogs aren't allowed in the dining room. I respect the choice, so he made us sit outside and told us to wait for the waitress. This was at 12:25. We left at 1:30. Since he kept seating customers who arrived after us inside and he didn't take us into consideration, I asked for the menu twice and he told me they would be there in 10-15 minutes. You don't treat customers this shamefully. He didn't want the dogs, he just had to say so.

22/08/2026: Upon entering the establishment, I asked if they had any local artisanal apple juice, given the presence of apple orchards and companies that produce apple juice and cider. The girl behind the counter smiled, looked at her colleague, turned, and nodded. I went back because I had been served an apple juice, but it was a commercial brand, so I asked for an explanation. When I asked about the juice, the girl told me they didn't have any local apple juice or cider because they weren't available in the bars. I wondered why she hadn't mentioned this to me before; honestly, I could do without Pago brand apple juice. Besides, artisanal ice cream, which is hardly artisanal, Sammontana makes better ones. A positive note is the very attractive exterior of the establishment.

05/03/2026: We ordered 5 pizzas at the new pizzeria near the cable car. We booked for 8:15 PM and waited until 10:00 PM with people arriving after us and leaving first with their pizzas. Bottom line: We won't be returning.
