17/06/2025: We went to this restaurant for an all you can eat. The food was good and the dishes were well-prepared, but overall nothing particularly special or different from many other similar places. The bill was exaggerated: €85 for two for an all you can eat (€35 each), a bottle of water, a beer and an extra small dish to take away. For that price I expected a much better experience. The service and atmosphere were average. I don't completely recommend it, but I personally don't know if I would go back.

20/08/2025: We stopped by in the morning to inquire about the menu and possibly make a reservation. We were told that reservations weren't necessary, but then, at lunchtime, we were told there were no seats available. Please train your staff better on the rules of hospitality.

10/08/2025: My parents were celebrating their anniversary with some relatives, pre-ordering some dishes. Aside from the owner's extremely rude attitude, they were served food that looked leftover and reheated, in completely inadequate portions. The unclear receipt read "6 restaurant portions," making it a non-transparent and difficult to verify receipt. When asked for an explanation, no one responded.

11/08/2025: Durante il mio soggiorno a Livigno, un local mi ha consigliato il Ristoro Fopel per un pranzo lontano dai classici locali turistici. Prenoto per le 13:40, ma l’esperienza si rivela deludente sin dall’arrivo. Con la mia famiglia restiamo in piedi per dieci minuti senza che nessuno ci rivolga la parola; quando finalmente veniamo notati, ci viene detto frettolosamente di aspettare. Dopo ulteriori 15 minuti finalmente ci siamo seduti su uno dei sei tavoli liberi da 25 minuti. Le due cameriere si sono rivelate maleducate, arroganti e antipatiche. Purtroppo, il cibo non è riuscito a compensare il servizio: le tagliatelle ai porcini erano secche e non sapevano affatto di porcini. Col senno di poi, saremmo andati via dopo i primi dieci minuti di attesa. Consiglio: prendere un secondo piatto. Importante: pagamento solo in contanti.

24/08/2025: The food is good, but in winter the ventilation isn't the best and there's a strong smell. However, keep in mind that it's a refuge on the slopes. It's also great for just going up to eat without skiing.

14/08/2025: We had a great time. We ate venison with polenta and found it very well cooked. It's located on a plateau that can be reached by cable car, or if you feel like walking, you can also do it on foot. You can have lunch outside, and there's plenty of space for children to play.

31/07/2025: A little piece of paradise surrounded by greenery. The best Sciat in the entire area, made fresh! Incredible homemade salami made with their own pigs. Handmade tagliolini... So much authentic quality at more than fair prices. The owner is very kind and friendly. Highly recommended!

15/08/2025: The restaurant reopened after a long delay. I had the pizza, which wasn't bad. For main courses, we only tried a classic Milanese cutlet for my son. It's a shame they don't make pizzoccheri della Valchiavenna.

The same goes for the takeout pizzas, which came out without a problem. After the burger, we waited in vain for the pizzas for 10 minutes, and then we left without eating. The atmosphere was noisy. 03/08/2025: Excellent bar with an outdoor veranda and children's games. Excellent pastries and a selection of local products, from food to wine and more. The staff is super friendly and courteous, and the owner is truly knowledgeable and will be happy to advise you on any option.

20/07/2025: Purtroppo non posso lasciare una recensione positiva. Sono stata a cena con il mio compagno in questo ristorante. Per quanto riguarda lui tutto bene. Quanto a me sono rimasta scioccata dal fatto che nella polenta ho trovato un filo di spugna d acciaio, che fortunatamente ho visto prima di mangiarlo. Il cameriere ha prontamente sostituito il piatto scusandosi. Dopo un po' è venuto al tavolo forse il proprietario dispiaciuto che avessi appunto trovato un filo di una spugna d acciaio. Questa cosa mi ha fatto talmente schifo che avrei vomitato nel piatto. Se lo avessi saputo prima che era il filo di una spugna non avrei certo mangiato la polenta!!!!!!! Il conto è stato portato normalmente con tutte le portate, alche' io mi sono rifiutata di pagare la mia parte. È vero che si può sbagliare ma queste cose no mi dispiace,ma non le tollero. Ho avuto la serata rovinata. Devo dire che i funghi trifolati erano buoni, e la carne cotta sulla pietra ollare del mio compagno buona. Non mi è piaciuta invece la bresaola, troppo fresca ed insipida come il bitto grattato sopra , ed i pinoli tostati che erano amari. Sicuramente MAI PIÙ.
