30/08/2025: Emanuela, the owner, is rude and uncouth (we think). The table was left dirty, with coffee cups and saucers. My wife, out of politeness, offered it to the cashier, but it was refused, saying she would come by herself. After a long wait, she arrives and we order. We serve ourselves, but the table remains dirty with stains, crumbs, and tea bags. I point this out, but she says she'll clean it up one step at a time. Even though she'd already put the cappuccinos down, after the remark, she's forced to take them back to the cashier and clean them, complaining loudly. Then she serves us again. At that point, she takes everything away from us, including the bar napkins. We get up to clean ourselves. I get ready to pay and politely approach the cashier, but she jokes that I should have stayed where I was. I pay €10.60 after the bill, I'm about to give coins, but she's already doing something else, breaking a glass, and I say, "Do you want the 60 cents there?" She stammers in her own language and explains that a glass had broken, but she would have gotten there one step at a time anyway. ZERO staff. Good food.

28/09/2025: We only stopped for a sandwich and a beer late at night, when there were very few places open. To be honest, the sandwich wasn't bad, although I have my doubts about the actual quality. The prices were also excellent, but the place, the decor, with all that chaos of dusty, stacked objects, gave me a feeling of unease the entire time. Even all the narrow passageways due to this crazy, disorderly pile of objects of all kinds that hadn't been cleaned for I don't know how many years. I wonder why? The place has great potential due to its location and interior space. Thank you and sorry.

23/09/2025: Small, very simple place, with amazing decor and friendly priced drinks. It's not a place for haute cousin, but if you need something with your alcohol there are some less elegant but hearty dishes.

21/10/2025: Let's start with this hotel's number one quality: its location, which offers a priceless view of the surrounding mountains, even from the room window. The rooms are spartan, but still offer all the comforts. Given its location, nestled in the mountains, in winter the snow covers practically 360 degrees around the hotel, making it a little difficult to get to when it snows. The staff is friendly and the hotel is excellent value for money.

06/01/2025: Locale in posizione non proprio ottimale specialmente in inverno ma molto carino e pulito. Personale gentile e servizievole, nonostante il pieno serviti con buona celerità. Pizze particolari oltre alle tradizionali buone e appetitose con ottimo impasto di buona digestione. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato al locale e al periodo.

The breakfast is varied and complete, including gluten-free options, and the staff is always friendly and smiling: you always feel welcome. The family management is evident in every detail: attention, helpfulness, and that genuine warmth that makes all the difference. A little tip: book the room with a sauna—it will truly transform your stay and your day!

07/10/2025: We stayed at the hotel using a previously purchased Smart Box. The hotel had both renovated and unrenovated rooms. We were assigned a room with a decidedly outdated bathroom, even though I had agreed to pay a supplement for a better room when booking. Our room was directly below another where renovations were being carried out in the middle of the afternoon. We reported the inconvenience to the front desk, who took steps to have the work completed. Perhaps, knowing there were guests in the room below, they shouldn't have even started. The breakfast and service were excellent. The dinners were good. To our great surprise, we were charged for parking for our two-day stay. The parking lot is uncovered, and it's the first time this has happened to us, despite our frequent hotel stays. A little extra smile from the front desk staff wouldn't have gone amiss.

13/08/2025: It is unacceptable to be greeted by staff who swear and curse at customers who have just entered (and not even greeted, obviously) because they stumble about their business and then get upset, instead of apologizing.

12/09/2025: Everything was very nice, the waiters were very kind and patient, the rooms were clean and spacious and the food was phenomenal, not to mention the fantastic view.

18/08/2025: The atmosphere here is great. Nice and calm. Service was good. Friendly and polite staff. Serving was fast. Pizza was ok, but a bit overpriced. Also there is a hidden service fee, 2€ per person, not mentioned anywhere. So our quick stop for 14€ pizza cost us 18€ in total. Not easy to find parking. Smoking is allowed at tables outside, and everyone does.
