McDonald's San Martino Siccomario: a pleasant surprise! Applause-worthy customer service Today I had the chance to try McDonald's in San Martino Siccomario and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. As often happens when ordering from the box, it is not possible to specify the type of tea desired. Well, my surprise was great when the girl from Mc Cafè came to my table to ask me what type of tea I preferred! A small gesture that made the difference and shows how McDonald's cares about the satisfaction of its customers. Chapeau! Quality and convenience In addition to the excellent service, I was also impressed by the quality of the tea, which was truly excellent. And the price? Only 2.50 euros for tea and jam brioches! Truly excellent value for money. A welcoming environment The place was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful. I felt at ease straight away. I highly recommend this McDonald's to anyone looking for a quick place, accompanied by impeccable service.

The food is good like in all other MC's, the place is a bit small and it's in a shopping mall, the service is mediocre

Mi sono fermato in una pausa di lavoro e ho trovato un locale molto curato, con personale molto disponibile e un servizio ben organizzato e veloce. Ottimo per il senza glutine (lo dico da celiaco). Ci tornerò sicuramente quando sono in zona.

Unbearable noise from chairs!!! Also audible from afar. Shouldn't this be resolved?! Furthermore, if you go to eat when the bennet closes, you will be forced to move during the meal (assuming there is a free table inside).

Fast and clean after bad experiences at Mcdonald's in v.le Brambilla this store is really top... tidy, clean, punctual with orders, excellent and friendly staff. Even if Mcdonald's in Viale Brambilla is closest to me, never again in a similar place! Ps really Top also for breakfasts in the morning...👏
